  Luis is the best host on earth and so caring about every little detail. The apartment is spacious and well furnished, modern and tasteful. The view is gorgeous, and the apartment is conveniently located. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for any length of time. You couldn't find a better place or a better host!

  I stayed here for 2 months on business. Can't say enough about Luis the property owner, very professional and accommodating. The suite is well maintained and the location is good - right across the street from a new Publix which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or couple.

  I stayed at this condo for two weeks and really enjoyed the stay. The views are literally as amazing as the owner has listed. The condo is near the Miami Heat stadium and the really cool Bayside Marketplace. There is also a free bus shuttle service just outside the condo entrance that take you to Miami's key neighborhoods and attractions. Overall, the condo looked just as the pictures show, with very modern features. The pool and the workout room were also amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. In addition, the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with, very proactive in communication and very responsive to questions!

  In June 2012 we stayed two weeks in this wonderful appartement. We booked it online and had a great experience with the owner. He showed us all useful points after our arrival and was always available via phone/mail for further tipps etc. The reantal was in a perfect condition! The view is amaizing - this was a reason to sit several evenings on your balcony and just watch Miami (Biscayne Bay, Downtown) :) The appartment is minutes (walk/car) to a lot of Miami activities (Bayside, SoBe, etc..). The lovely furniture in this appartment let us fast feel as our "home". Great pool, garage available, no noises from the neighbours etc.. We were certainly not the last time here!! So, thanks a lot to the owner again! Hope we see each other again! Many greetings from Germany, Steffi and Steven

  I stayed in this apartment with my husband and 17 month little girl for 7 nights and everything was just wonderful. The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. There is a beautiful park across the street we enjoyed walking through in the morning and evenings. There is an excellent gym, pool, and two hot tubs. Oh, the view was simply breathtaking. My husband and I spent every evening sitting on the balcony just talking and taking in the beautiful view. The apartment had all the comforts of home. The owner leading up to and even during our stay was always quick to respond to questions we had and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

  This vacation rental was perfect! My sister and I were looking for a place within walking distance to the annual Ultra Music Festival held at Bayfront Park and this exactly fit our needs! Not only was the stay affordable relative to what hotels in the area were charging, but we had all the added perks of a home and then some (i.e. tv, kitchen, car port, swimming pool, fitness center, laundry room, 24 hour security, convenience store, restaurant). What really made an impact on my stay was that it didn't feel like a generic hotel room. I could tell that the apartment was well taken after, loved and most especially cleaned. I loved coming back in the late evenings and opening the balcony door that offered an amazing view of both the lights of downtown and the bridge leading to South Beach. We could sit on the patio any time of the day and relax away from the hecticness of WMC and Ultra. Although our only purpose in Miami was WMC/UMF, this location was also central to the other downtown family attractions in Miami (i.e. Cavalia, port, Miami Heat, Toy Story)...all within walking distance (10-15 minutes). We always felt safe walking around in this area because it was so busy, day and night. On top of the apartment's amenities, location, and killer rate, the owner also gives incredible customer service. He was available to us when we needed him and also gave us some tips about where to go for dining and leisure. Overall it was a great experience, I just wished that I utilized the parking garage since the cab fare to South Beach is roughly $15 one-way!
