Your private dock is just across from the home and the surrounding deck allows wonderful views of the beautiful Delta sunsets, the san joaquin river and the surrounding farmland.
The home is equipped with everything you need for your stay and we even provide two side-by-side refrigerators so you do not need to run to the store to replenish your supplies, (the stores are seven to fifteen minutes away). Launch you boat at a nearby ramp (five minutes away) and relax and enjoy the sun! We can accommodate up to a 60 foot boat and there is water and power to the dock as well.
