The house has a contemporary style (340 m2) with an infinity swimming pools overlooking the sea view. The villa is built over 2 levels: 3 suites (bathroom-dressing-WC), 2 bedrooms with bathroom and WC, all with terrace and sea view. The lounge-kitchen looks toward the sea and a covered terrace and the infinity pool. The teak terrace has its solarium as well. The villa can accommodate 10-12 people in full comfort. My family stayed at this beautiful house recently. The view is awesome. The house is very clean +has nice stylish modern decor. The housekeeper was good at cooking meals, as well as cleaning + would stay as much or as little as you wanted. The A. I.C. people that are in charge of the property helped w/ stocking the house with everything that we requested, + were always available if you needed anything. The pool setting + outside area were excellent for entertaining (three other couples w/ children stayed at houses in the area). The pictures of the house in this add are very accurate ( one of our friends stayed at a house that the photos were very old + not at all what house looked like).
