My wife has not been so relaxed in years. We enjoyed everything that 609 had to offer, especially the balcony. You have done a great job of decorating and furnishing the unit and there was not anyting that we noticed that you could improve on. We plan to rent with you again in 2012. Have a great fall!

Hello Cynthia - We received our deposit back, and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. We loved the condo and the location (in off season!). We also liked the small touches you had like having nice dishes (a rarity!) and being well stocked. The leather chairs in the living room were so comfortable and definetly a cut above the norm. There was pleanty of closet/storage space, and we found the murphy bed to be comfortable. It was confortable and the balcony was great. We will be back again before the high season or next Fall. I just wanted you to know you have a Beautiful Family and if I could have the opportunity, I would someday very much like to meet all of you. I so appreciate having the Condo for that week in August, as that is probably the only time I can actually schedule to get away from it all, as I am sure you guy's can appreciate that!!! Hi Cindy, We received your very nice letter and the deposit check tonight which prompted me to send this email, which I had intended to send on Sunday when we returned home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was the most wonderful vacation we have had in some time. After reading your letter we both attempted to think of something we would like to see changed. After much thought and conversation we both came to the realization that there isn't anything we would like to see changed. We loved the decor, the tile floor, the granite in the kitchen as well as the bath, that kitchen cabinets. Everything is very nicely done. It is a very comfortable and welcoming home. Everyone working in the building is not only very friendly, but very helpful and they maintain the building very well. Every morning we watched the dolphins swimming by and every evening we walked the boardwalk and found the most wonderful restaurants in which to eat. It is our hope that we will be renting from you again next summer. Thank you for the very speedy return of our deposit as well as the use of your wonderful condo. Barbara

Hi Cynthia, I just wanted to take some time to tell you what a GOOD job you did on the condo. It was even more beautiful than the pictures that you sent. I was amazed at the space that you found and utilized. Your decorating style is lovely and cheerful. It is very warm and inviting and we can't wait to come back next year. We spent ALOT of time out on the balcony watching the ocean, the dolphins and the people. I also like to read out there. Our vacation was wonderful in your condo by the sea. We really enjoyed this clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated rental. The view from the balcony and the location is perfect. Listening to the ocean at night is very relaxing. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and look forward to using it again in the future!

Just a little note to tell you that we stayed at your unit 609 from June 11th, 2006 through June 18, 2006. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. You have a beautiful place. Your oceanfront suite was as-advertised in all respects and we're happy to recommend it. Rehoboth was wonderful and everything was within easy walking distance. We could get over the great beach weather, the heated pool, and our balcony that we enjoyed all week. Each night we walked along the boardwalk and treated the kids to some Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. Another amazing experience was the night sky overhead - something we can never fully experience at home. Mary and I cannot say enough good things about this property. We plan to rent here every year!

It is not often that we return home and reflect "What a perfect week". Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely beachfront condo with us. The decor was charming and not overdone, the fully appointed kitchen made me feel right at home and the on site staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. We had everything you could want or need for our week in paradise. Kellie brought frozen food as you recommended for meals at home and we also enjoyed dinners out. The restaurants were excellent and Kellie really enjoyed the magnificent shops. Being right on the ocean gave us the feeling that we truly found paradise in Rehoboth. We can't forget to mention the pool, as it was perfect and we took advantage of it everyday. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay on a wonderful place to vacation. - Nick and Kellie

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. We were very comfortable there. What a beautiful view of the ocean! Each time I walked through the front door, I was impressed with the magnificent sight of the ocean just beyond the balcony. I think I would have been content to just sit on the balcony all day, but with so much to see and do in Rehoboth, our family kept on the go most of the time. I will definitely be recommending your condo and a vacation in Rehoboth to all my friends. Thank you again. Katelin
