I recently stayed in this house with my wife and her two sisters for a week,OCT1-OCT8,2011. We arrived on Sat. and the manager was out of town and could not meet us .Inside the house we found dead bugs all over the living room, there was dirty towels and washrags in both bathrooms, sinks and showers were filthy. All the beds were unmade and linens had to be changed. In the kitchen, the refridgerator was dirty and the freezer just reeked.Kitchen table and tablecloth was filthy.Garbarge can was overflowing and no place to put any more garbarge.Manager says cleaning lady out due to illness, cleaning lady comes on Monday and tells us she knew nothing about us staying there. I would not reccommended anyone to stay here ,there are much better places to stay in Santa Fe.

I have stayed in this home many times,it is clean and comfortable. We have had a couple small problems and the owner is very good about taking care of them. This time the tv in the living room did not work and the owner had the problem taken care of right away. The house is in a great location for getting around Santa Fe. We stayed two weeks, had a nice time and are making plans to return this Fall.

We were very disappointed in this home. It was dirty, had not been swept in the kitchen, kitchen door had dog paw prints all over it, and one evening, when watching TV, the TV locked onto a porn station and the cable company couldn't fix it. The owner needed to call the cable company to take care of the problem and he never responded to the calls from the housecleaning company. There were many old half filled shampoo products that were available for use.

Very clean, comfortable, convenient home. Near main road to the Plaza, Walmart & Sam's. Many restaurants around. 2 females with our own spaces. Owner easy to work with for rental agreement. Would stay here again. Only drawback, internet only worked about 30% of the time.

House and patio were excellent. Location was good if driving for 15 minutes into downtown is not an issue. Suggest you emphasize the nice backyard and patio in your ads.

My wife and I often travel with two other couples and this year we picked Sante Fe. The house was very accomodating. It was well appointed, comfortably furnished, and inclued great outside spaces. We ate several dinners in the front courtyard as the sun set, but we especially loved the the patio and garden in the back of the house. The house is near the roads that took us to Bandelier, Taos, Madrid, and other nearby sites, and it's only fifteen minutes to the Plaza in downtown Sante Fe. It's only five minutes to the SanteFe Country Club for golf, and only a little farther to Harry's Roadhouse ( eat in their garden). We all had a great week.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location for day trips out to Bandelier/Albuquerque/Taos but also close enough to the Plaza. Everything was very clean and spacious. Ideal for 2 families to comfortably enjoy the space. One complaint! Not enough time to see all that New Mexico and especially Santa Fe had to offer!!!

While going on a ski trip we rented out this house for our group of six. Everything was wonderful, there was plenty of fire wood for the cold nights, and everything made us feel as though we were at home. The house was convenient to lots of shops and restaurants, where we found a wonderful Mexican restaurant down the street. Overall everything was perfect and will definitely stay here again next time we go back to Santa Fe to Ski.

5 of us stayed at this house for 5 nights in late June. We liked the location of the house in a quiet residential area just off the main road and it was easy to find. The information on this web page is a very accurate description of the property. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and spices. We felt very much at home in this house and could easily stay for a much longer duration.

Excellent accommodations for our party of 5 adults and 1 child. Roomy, comfortable, well-equipped with all the necessities and amenities that made us feel at home. Great courtyard with table and chairs where we could unwind at the end of each day and enjoy the sunsets. Easy drive to the Plaza (even with construction on Cerillos Road!) and points north. Easy access to nearby mall, Target, groceries, restaurants, etc. If you're looking for a home away from home that feels like home while on vacation, this is it!
