This wonderful three bedroom condo has everything you will need for off-the-slope comfort. This spectacular penthouse condo is a true luxury with ski in ski out access to boot. The Zephyr Mountain Express Ski Lift is right outside your door.
Comfortably furnished with everything you will need to make your self at home for your getaway. This fabulous seventh floor condo features not one but two master suites with queen size beds. One master suite features a steam sauna and the other boasts a jacuzzi tub. Of course there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and tile floor, open floor plan with gas fireplace in family room and vaulted ceilings throughout. There are queen beds in both masters bedrooms, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in family room. All bathrooms have granite counters and tile floors. The view is spectacular from the walk-out balcony.
With over 400 inches of snowfall annually Winter Park is "The Place Ski!" The Zephyr Mountain Lodge opened in 2000 and is the only true ski-in/ski-out property in Winter Park. This great new facility features heated underground parking, ground floor ski lockers (no more lugging all your equipment into the elevator--or melting snow in your condo), first class workout facilities, four outdoor hot tubs (with towel service), attached dining and shopping, including Starbucks and Doc's Roadhouse Restaurant and Pub.

Winter Park IS family fun--plain and simple!. With traditional groomed cruiser, challenging mogul runs and a total of 14 acres for learning to ski and snowboard There is truly something for each and every member of your group. The resort area also includes access to Mary Jane, Vasquez Cirque, Vasquez Ridge, Parsenn Bowl and The Rail Yard Terrain Park.
Winter Park base elevation is 9000 feet and the summit is 10,700 feet. With a total skiable acreage of 2886 acres, including 134 designated trails and 1467 acres of off-piste terrain, including Vasquez Cirque and glade skiing on the rest of the mountain. The longest run at Winter Park is over two miles in length. Again, you will find the terrain you need for every level skiier in your group.
Winter park, now under the management of Intrawest Resorts, is the premier ski area in Colorado. With 12 inches more snow than Vail and a whopping 89 inches over and above Keystone it is no wonder that Winter Park has become everyone's favorite.
Summertime on the mountain is something that must be experienced. A refreshing break from the heat and pace of the city. Family activities abound, including miniature golf, bungee jumping, hiking and biking trails, lakes and streams for fishing, and kayaking, golf courses and horse back riding nearby. Put your bike on the Zephyr Mountain Express Lift, ride to the top and bike down one of the awesome trails.
