We just started renting in July 2006 and every renter has been very pleased -- some are already reserving for next year! The house is 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy and 40 minutes from Washington DC or Baltimore.
This beautiful home has three bedrooms (including Master Suite) three full baths and two screened porches.
The gourmet cook will love this kitchen! It has Corian counters, all new stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with new pots and pans! Other features of the house include: washer and dryer, gas fireplace, high speed internet connection, and cable TV. The house is very clean and in excellent condition!
The Bay and a small sandy beach are literally at the end of the property. You can launch a kayak (two provided from April 30th to November 1st, swim, or just watch sailboats and freighters go up and down the Bay from the yard! Level yard and swim area in front of the house are perfect for kids! There is a large community playground for kids a short distance up the street.
