The home is a very relaxing, very private, single story home with everything you need. Behind the gates, you really feel like you are in your own compound. The home stays very cool in the summer heat. The misters under the outside covered patio lets you enjoy outdoor dining, and BBQ even in July! Downtown is about a mile away, along with all the entertainment, shopping, and restaurants for any occasion.

This vacation home is perfect for everybody and anybody! Adrienne was very thoughtful in prepping the home for the renters. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully prepared so your stay will be comfortable. The backyard/patio area has a beautiful big pool with a jacuzzi that you can enjoy day or night. The bbq and seating area outside was open and spacious, though we couldn't take advantage of it due to the warm July weather in Palm Springs, but my two dogs had a great fun time running around freely! The house was clean, towels were plentiful, a/c kept the home cool and the home had the perfect layout for our family needs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare any type of meals; pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, seasonings, spices, EVERYTHING. The location of this home is great, because there are so many great eateries within minutes of the place. It's also very convenient that there's a market about a mile away from the home. Adrienne was very accomodating and understanding with all my needs, and went well beyond what I would've expected from her. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

We just spent Memorial Weekend at this home. What a perfect getaway! Very private. The pool and spa were in pristine condition. Being able to bring our moms was a huge plus for for me and my brother Scooter. Mom liked that we were close to downtown Palm Springs, 2 grocery stores within walking distance, and so many restaurants to choose from! The stone floors, or whatever they were, felt really good on our bellies when we reated on the floor. And we got to go to all of the restaurants. One of them even had bowls of water for me and Scooter. Mom already booked again in October, but me and Scooter don't get to come that time. But I will be back again.

My husband and were looking for a place to get away. I must have looked at over 100 homes on Verbeo but this one keep calling out to me. We always stay at the Marriott Desert Springs, this time I wanted to rent a house for the privacy. If you too are looking for privacy, a gourmet kitchen fit for any foodie, clean, and well maintained, and hot tub and pool that are class A, look no further. 2 grocery stores are minute’s away, as well as downtown Palm Springs. This trip was just for my husband and I, but I can assure if were with another couple or kids the layout is so perfect, plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms are so far away from each other you would never know they are there. We loved it so much we are already looking into renting for Thanksgiving!Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay. Everthing we could need was there. The house was clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were what we needed to relax. The yard is very private. We will stay again in the near future.

Perfect home for a gateway!! This house is very clean and nice. Both beedrooms are big and have a door that leads you to the backyard along w/ a new TV in each room. Everything was kept good and very clean. It was very easy for us to get confortable and "feel like home". Tte owners were very helpful and nice. I loved this place!!!

Loved the place. The owners are absolutely the best. They were awesome. So nice and helpful and accomadating to all our needs. Great yard and pool and 2 great bedrooms with king sized beds. Very open floor plan or great room feeling. Wonderful outside eating areas.
