In The Lot Valley, in a private hamlet, 'Le Hameau du Quercy', surrounded by meadows and trees, with a natural swimming pool, This hamlet of houses built in the style of the Quercy, dates back to 18th century has been renovated respecting the French heritage.
The materials used are noble and natural : stone, pebble, eco-friendly lime, wood, iron.
The decoration of the houses, evoke an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.
The wooded areas awaken the senses, and the view of the forests and hilly provides an intense feeling of relaxation.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the natural pool which is in perfect harmony with the site, and in winter, the warmth of the fireplace. You can take enjoy 5 acres of grasslands, pathways and walks bordered by the centenary oak trees.
Numerous games are available for children : swings, slides, trampoline...
Each house has a living room with a fireplace, TV, HiFi, Internet, a functional kitchen, crockery, furniture and beds quality, spacious shower, separate toilet, laundry, terrace with garden furniture , barbecue and private garden.
Common areas are shared with all occupants of the hamlet : the meadow, playground and pool.
The gîte 'Esprit de pierres', 5 pers, is the oldest house of the hamlet. Adjoining there is a pigeon loft, facing south this house is situated near the water garden. Authentic and functional house.
The gîte 'Orée des chênes', 4 pers, is situated near an avenue of centenary oak trees and overlooks the Hamlet. It combines design, ecology and Feng Shui.
The Guest house and her annex, 8/10 pers, are situated in the center of hamlet. On the ground floor it's arranged living rooms, fitted kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 1st floor..
Ideal for families or between friends, these houses are very pleasant to live both summer and winter.
