Our unit has been totally remodeled in 2006 and has the look and feel of a beach property. It is approximately 1800 square feet and has a small open balcony with a view of the ocean. The unit is located in Tower Two, floor three. You can view the ocean from the living room, balcony, and bedrooms two and three.
The condominium is equipped with flat screen TV's and DVD players in each bedroom and living room. The facility is gated with a security guard on-site 24 hours a day. There is a pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, sauna and work out room on the premises.
The facility has coin operated washers and dryers on each floor. There are beach chairs available for rent on the beach and chairs are available for use around the pool.
Shoreline is located in the heart of Destin and near The Track, The Big Kahuna, grocery stores and many restaurants. Excellent location!
