Our home away from home is located on the 9th floor where you'll have incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters from every room. The coastal cottage decor will make you feel right at home. Rental includes the use of a pair of beach chair/lounges with umbrella which we have rented for our guests from the on-site vendor. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's, next door and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier. We know you'll love it as much as we do!

Relax in the costal cottage casual living room on the queen sleeper sofa and man-sized leather recliner. Enjoy your favorite DVD or Cable TV channel on the 50" DLP HDTV or stretch out with a "beach novel" from our collection. You can even "surf by the surf" with our free high speed internet access.

Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, charcoal barbecue with picnic table, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and game room located above the rental office.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and the primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period (STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE ASSOCIATION)

Our family has been vacationing in Panama City Beach since I was a little girl. We always loved the family atmosphere and spent many wonderful vacations here. We have traveled all over the world and this is truly one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere.

Sunbird is a great location! It's right on the beach with parking adjacent to the building. As an older, more established property, the rooms are more spacious than most of the newer complexes and the condo has fabulous beach views from every room!
The best place to buy EVERYTHNING you need for your vacation. The second best people watching spot...the beach is the best!
Looks like the Titanic! It's a PCB landmark. A lot of folks will give you directions from "The Titanic." It's reall the SS Ripley.

This is the main entrance for Pier Park. The back entrance is better traffic wise.
Much better from a traffic and access perspective. We highly recommend this route if you don't want to "cruise" the beach.
