The house is everything the description says it is and more. This house is truely a "home away from home", very well maintained inside and out. The owner is very helpful and responds to your questions or concerns promptly. I for sure would recommend this house to family and friends. Thank you David for sharing your home with us, it was an unforgettable vacation. A special thanks to Christi for having the house feeling like our home when we arrived.

Weekend with Tropical Storm Don

Enjoyed your home David, even with the arrival of Tropical Storm Don. It was roomy and cozy the kids enjoyed the arcade machine and surplus of videos while we were there. It location was ideal for our family because the Rockport Beach/ Park was near by and fishing was good too. Thanks for allowing us to stay. thank Kristi for all her hard wirk in getting the home ready for us with such short notice.

This weekend was our 7th occasion to stay in a VRBO property and this home is near the top of the leader board. What sets this home apart from all the others, are the extras - from entertainment to the stocked kitchen. The home is exceptionally clean and has all the comfort and convenience of home. You'll also love the newly built patio area - come rain or shine, it's nice to be outdoors in a relaxing setting to enjoy the sights and sounds on the water. You won't be disappointed.

Palm Harbor Vacation Home

My stay at his vacation home with friends for a fishing weekend was a very good experience. The home is very conveniently located in Palm Harbor with on the canal accesss to great fishing in Estes Flats and Traylor Island.The property is very well maintained, clean , nicely furnished and the owner and local property manager were very helpful .Located at the end of he canal the floating grass tends to build up but a worker was there to remove most of it and was not a significant problem . The home is just a few miles from Rockport and great restauants such as the Crab Inn in nearby City By The Sea , Charlotte Plumers in Rockport and Los Camales near Market St.in Rocport. The Boiling Pot Restaurant was a disappointment. Will definitely make a return stay at this very nice home, Joel

Our stay was great!!!! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and our anniversary and had an awesome time. The home is clean, roomy and has everything you would ever need. Being able to dock our boat right behind the house was wonderful. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck in the mornings and BBQ'd in the evenings. David does a great job communicating before and after our stay. A+++++ location.

Hi David, Just wanted to tell you we had a wonderful weekend at your house. We parked our boat in the canal and it was so nice to walk out the back door and go fishing. We did a lot more fishing than catching, but had a great time anyway. Thanks for sharing your house with us. Henry

We were in Rockport for the "Babe's on the Bay" fishing tournament. We stayed at the Dey's house and had a wonderful time. The house is located on a canal, so we could walk out the backdoor and get on our boat. That is very convenient. The house itself was very well maintained and we had ample room for 3 couples. A very comfortable house and the owners and managers go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. 5 stars!!

We have stayed in this house twice now, and it gets better each time. They have added a video game now. The home is nicely furnished, tv's in every room, computer, lots of toys for the kids, videos games and dvd's. Great location on the canal, so nice to sit out back onthe patio and soak up the sun. This is a great, clean home with amenitis galore. Enjoyed our stay and will return again and again.

Hello David and Tammy, I must say your House we stayed in Felt like a HOME not just a house!! Very well appointed, awesome Comfortable Beds and superb Hi-Def TV's and numerous other amenities too many to list make this Home by far the BEST place I have stayed at on the Texas coast and not just in Rockport I mean the entire Coast I've stayed from South Padre/Mustang Island all the way up to Galveston.This is Definitely a must repeat Stay at your Home in Rockport!!! Our fall fishing vacation was extraordinary. This Palm Harbor home is luxuriously furnished and provides quick access to some of Texas' finest fishing. We caught two Spanish mackerel - species we had not caught here before. We look forward to our next visit to Rockport!!

We stayed at your house over the Labor Day W-end. We vacation every year in Rockport, and I would have to say this house was by far the most comfortable house we've stayed in. It is equipped with everything from game systems and games to internet access. Oh and I can't forget the beds, they are to die for. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a WONDERFUL time in this beautiful house! It is so roomy and has everything that you could want. The outside was great and we BBQ a good bit in the provided grill. We did not want to come home (and even arranged to stay an extra day). THANK YOU DAVID

What a terrific place for a vacation. We had such a wonderful time. This house is awesome. When they say fully furnished, they mean it. The amenities are wonderful and the bottle of wine was such a wonderful surprise! The neighbors are so welcoming. The owners are as nice as can be and very honest. We can't wait to go back. The location is just perfect, close to restaurants, beaches, shops, and fishing. The home is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We highly recommended.

Our womens' group had a great time. We have stayed at several places along the Texas coast and this place was definately the best. The attention to detail is evident in every room, from the hotel style soaps, shampoo, shower caps to the additional amenities as the movie selection and fishing equipment. You truely anticipated all our interests. The home was spacious and extremely well kept. Thank you for all your thoughtfullness. We will definately be back.

Every year for the last twenty years my family has been celebrating our family reunion at the coast. We have stayed at many of the local hotel/motels and never been completely satisfied. Last year we decided to look for something more comfortable and we found it in David's house. Words alone can not tell you just how satisfied we were. As a matter of fact we have already booked the house for our 2008 reunion. GREAT HOUSE, GREAT OWNERS!

Great Location for Kayakers! This is an exceptional home, very clean and well maintained. David has many amenities for the entire group and wants to make sure his guests are happy with their accommodations. You will be very comfortable in this home. Wonderful place for those that own a boat and even those that don't. Easy access to the bay and Port Aransas. Lots of extras, very comfortable, great DVD library. Lots of entertainment for children. Will be back soon!

Comment Text: Fisherman's Dream Home was awesome. The house is very clean and comfortable and had many more ammenitites than I ever expected. It is a great place for a family vacation and the canal offers quick boat access to many great fishing spots.
