This is the second year that we have stayed in this rental and have loved it! Balcony that faces the beach to wake up to the beauty of the ocean! Clean and well decorated - lots of room to relax and enjoy being in paradise! So close to Pier Park that we walked there every evening. The owners are great to work with and so helpful in planning our vacation. We look forward to many more trips to this area and hope to be able to stay in this rental property. I highly recommend this rental!

We spent the month of February in Panama City Beach. This condo at the Calypso has everything. The location is perfect: a beautiful beach to walk and view; walking distance to Pier Park, a neat outdoor mall, and the City Pier and convenient to many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. However, best of all the condo was very clean, had everything we needed, very relaxing atmosphere and well decorated. We found Chris, the owner, very helpful, very available and concerned about meeting our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is outstanding. It's tastefully decorated, well equipped and is the BEST location on the beach-near many restaurants and Pier Park is within walking distance. The owners were wonderful and very helpful throughout the reservation process, the stay, and the followup. After staying many places along the Gulf Coast and Panama City, this one is the best.

Jim and I stayed in this condo from November 5th- 19th. The condo is perfect and has everything you need for your stay. Chris was just great. He made our stay even better. Calypso is the best condo on the beach, and close to pier park which is just amazing. The weather was perfect, so we rarely left the condo,beach and pool. We bought our groceries at the Winn Dixie and cooked every day but one. Saved alot of money this way! Chris hope to see you next year. Thank for everything Jim and Janet

This was our 2nd vacation stay in this fabulous condo. It was just as relaxing and enjoyable the 2nd time around! The 8th floor view is spectacular! We love the balcony & all the seating! We have watched fireworks, concerts & even weddings from the balcony. This unit is spacious and very well maintained. The location is perfect - within walking distance to the pier & also to Pier Park for shopping and dining. The beach chairs included in the rental are an added bonus. We also spent time at the pools - the Calypso has two! My spouse & I had a wonderful vacation! Thank you Chris & Marianne!

What a wonderful time we had at your condo. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was so nice waking up every morning drinking my coffee on the balcony and watching the people walking on the beach. It is the perfect location for walking to everything.

We were in Panama City Beach for the Girls Fast Pitch Softball tournament on July 9 thur 16th, 2011. We found this condo on line and fell in love with the pictures. The owners were wonderful. I contacted them several times via email or text message and always received a prompt reply. They were kind enough to even take the time to give us some ideas of where to eat and what to do while we were there. The condo was just as the pictures showed. The view from the 8th floor balony was absolutely gorgeous. We loved sitting outside watching the ocean and the kids play below. We were just high enough that the noise from the pool did not bother us. I highly recommend this condo.

This Condo is perfect for 2 people. It was clean; attractive; modern and comfortable. The 8th floor is perfect for sitting on the balcony and the view is amazing. We spent most of our time there while we were in the unit. Chris is wonderful to rent from - there was not a problem ever! We truly enjoyed this location; we walked to Pier Park every evening for a different restaurant for dinner. Just an overall wonderful experience.

This condo unit was accurately described. On the 8th floor, it had a beautiful ocean view. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and utensils. The owner was quick to remmady an situation or question we had during our stay. Photos of the property reflected the condo well. The surrounding areas had plenty of activities to try. Moped rentals, Sea Do rentals, a huge outdoor mall across the street for any need you may have. Plenty of restaraunts with in walking distance. Very nice!

Our vacation at the 8th floor Calypso Towers was absolutely perfect!! The location is amazing and the condo was in fabulous condition. The lay-out was perfect and waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning felt like a dream. The condo offered everything we need for the week as far as accomodations were concerned. Plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and a few extras to boot. Would recommend this property to anyone, anytime!! Can't wait to go back again!!

Calyspo Towers Is the Place For Us!

The absolute best vacation ever! My husband is usually restless after about four days, but he hated to leave this condo and area as much as me. It is located in the best possible area for fun, eating and shopping. Having laundry facilities in the condo was the greatest. No more laundromats for us!. I would never again stay on a floor lower than the eighth as the views are spectular. The owners are most gracious and we were privileged to meet them in person. If you enjoy beautiful, white, sand and emerald green and aqua water, this is the place for you, not to mention the gorgeous sunsets! Call the Lipchiks! We stayed for FIVE weeks and it truly became our home!

From Sandra: My husband and I came to Panama City Beach to celebrate my husband's birthday. This was our first visit to the area and we are pleased to say that the condo and the beach exceeded our expectations. The descriptions and photos are accurate, but we thought that the condo was nicer even than the photos depict. What a wonderful experience we had! We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to be able to make this an annual treat. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. We were able to enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the beach and from the balcony of the condo. We also watched dolphins one morning while we had breakfast on the balcony. The 8th floor location is perfect for panorama vistas that we enjoyed, not only from the balcony, but also from the living area and bedroom. What a beautiful, incredible, and romantic setting. We also enjoyed walking to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The elevators and parking are also very convenient. We will have fond memories of our stay and look forward to our next visit. Chris and Marianne, your attention to detail and your hospitality was so appreciated. We would defiantly recommend this property to friends and relatives. From Larry: I agree with all Sandra said above. I would add that the location is outstanding for not only beach access but for the shopping and places to eat all within within walking distance. I also appreciated how clean and up to date the facilities are. Everything we needed for a great vacation was available and in excellent condition. And the airport is actually 15 minutes away, is practically brand new and there are no crowds at security! Believe me for frequent travelers the airport access is amazing - I have never been to an airport so easy to get into and out of. You can be on the beach within 30 minutes of landing. The weather was perfect. Not a drop of rain or cloudy day! Great view! Many good places to eat and the oysters at Dustys' were fantastic. A little panic at first because we did not understand the key code to enter, but that was quickly resolved. Loading and unloading with the parking across the road is a little exhausting, the condo was very nice. Plumbing in bath sinks were a little slow draining and some light bulbs were out. We used to own a condo on Hilton Head so we understand that it is hard to have everything in perfect shape all of the time. We will definitely return. Thanks very much! We have already recommended it to some friends.

We just got back from PCB and a much needed vacation, this Condominium was just what the doctor ordered. We loved the fact we could walk to just about anywhere (location, location, location) and we did every night except once when we decided to get out and drive down the strip. We even cooked dinner in one night and ate out on the balcony and watched the sun sink into the ocean. Loved the high top table with chairs on the balcaony too. Everything about the Condo was great, the pool was perfect and with the tiki bar just steps away, made the pool just that much better. We can't wait to get back to PCB and when we do, we'll come back to this one. We've found a new home away from home in Panama City Beach.

We vacationed in this unit in June 2010 and had a wonderful experience. The unit was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and the owner had available for our use extra lawn chairs, rafts and other beach items which really made our stay nice. The balcony provided nice furnishings to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean front view. The entire facility is wonderful. This condo is well maintained and has everything you need and more for a vacation rental in Panama City Beach. Checking in and out is a breeze. Condo was very nice and we where pleased to see it come "fully" equiped including a washer and dryer. This made our week stay much more relaxing. It's close to the pier, resturants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Calypso resort. We walked to great food and entertainment every evening. We have gone to Destin in the past for the fishing but found a great charter boat in Panama City and and enjoyed the fishing there. We also had fun with a dolphin tour.
