Cancellation policy: reservation MUST be cancelled 30 days BEFORE check-in date for a full refund. NO refund will be given if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.

The Home is a 1997 Double Wide manufactured home that is approximately 2000 heated square feet and in like new condition. It is located next to Dutchman Creek Marina. The home has a great view of the lake, as well as a 28 by 50 foot pavilion shed for picnics, family functions, etc.
The Lake is accessible right out the front door for swimming, fishing, and beaching boats, etc. There is a boat slip provided for you at the marina dock next door. This 44 slip dock is only 150 feet or so from the home. Central HVAC. Rental pontoon boats also available during your stay upon availability.
The home sleeps nine comfortably or up to twelve with bed sharing (one king, one queen, two doubles,one single and a set of single bunk beds) or sleeping bags, your blow up mattresses, etc. The owner is also a local real estate Broker that can provide you with local real estate info during your stay if you desire. Excellent rental for visitors to Carolina Adventure World! Plenty of flat parking. Huge 28 by 50 foot pavillion shed can be used for cookouts, bike repairs,etc. Only about 10 miles from Carolina Adventure World.
