Why the Owner Chose Marathon
We fell in love the this home right on the gulf. We are only 50 miles north of Key West, and love the friendly community Marathon. We love to grill out and enjoy the views. When we sit on our balcony, we feel like we own the world.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The views are peaceful and the home has a casualness to it that really brings a person back to the basics of life. The house is turn key with everything one needs to feel like they are getting away from it all with no worries. The 75 ft. deep water dock is ideal for boaters and fishermen and women. You have to see it to feel it. That is why we bought this home. It may not be fancy but it does soothe the soul.

My wife and I love the Florida Keys. When we are not living there, we rent out the home for additional income. The home takes us to a very comfortable and private piece of the Keys. I am a very small real estate developer and just recently celebrated my 60th birthday in Greenville, South Carolina, my hometown. The picture is me on the left with my brother at my birthday party. My wife and I love travel, animals, music, nature and the outdoors and just basically good times.
