"Just so you are aware, Lorraine and I really enjoyed staying in your condo and in Kihei Bay Surf. We were very impressed with the way the condo was decorated. Great job..! Having 3 ceiling fans created a lot of air circulation…the trade winds did the rest. Having the secured lockable screen door allowed us to have better air circulation especially when we were sleeping. Your combination door lock was a great idea. I will be installing on one my front door at home shortly…! The appliances that we really appreciated were the rice cooker, snack clips and a hair dryer. We used the scrabble game often. We loved the upgraded quality of furnishings. The rain drop shower head was great! The fee we were charged was a good value. We would like to come back again... Kihei Bay Surf is a very clean, well run facility. Mark and his helpers are doing a great job keeping the place presentable. We know how to find you..!"

"The condo was exactly as we viewed on the internet which impressed us-thank you! Paddy & I were more than happy with the price, all the provisions of the condo (our favourite was the new Tommy Bahama beach chairs (perfect), and new cooler on wheels, plus ice packs in freezer were a bonus, we used the boogie boards, so fun. We loved the location of the Condo. It was far enough away from the busier areas down the road. The people we met at the pool area were all very friendly. We loved the fact that we had the option to cook at the condo and grocery stores were close. The location of the condo was central to most places we went frequently. (Oh, my God I’m missing this place)."

We are seniors, we took a chance and extended our Maui stay with a week here. Well, it was great! The complex is near all of the attractions and the beach just stretches on forever and we could drive up to Makawao for lunch at 5000 feet in 30 minutes, or zip into Walmart in 10. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is clean, the appliances all work, the closet is full of sport and beach gear, umbrellas and cooler, and there are ice packs in the freezer. The pool is crystal clear, the hot tub is hot, the grounds are neat and covered with tropical plantings, and the neighbors we met are friendly. For the money, there is not one thing I could complain about. It's an amazing value.

"We had a wonderful time and staying in your studio apartment was very comfortable. Everything was clean and there was plenty of linens. It was nice to have a dishwasher as well. Everyone we met who lived in the complex was very, very friendly. We really felt like we were part of the "community" and not just visiting. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and the laundry facilities were very convenient and inexpensive. Thank you again for everything! We hope to be back next year."

"The unit was very clean and fresh, the 3 ceiling fans keep it cool and the bed was soooo very comfortable. There was no problem with road noise. The pictures on your website are good but there’s so much more to your condo. Your lovely condo was a super value going above and beyond what we were expecting. The cooler and chairs came in so handy. We used them everyday. The bathroom hamper was a nice touch. The shower is one of your condo’s best features. Beautifully built with lots of space.The furnishings and decorations thru-out the unit are exceptional. I hope all your guests respect and appreciate your property. "We returned yesterday from Hawaii. We were both sad to leave. Your condo was in a great location for us. The condo was decorated beautifully. I was concerned about noise from the busy road when I first arrived, but at night when traffic died down and the air conditioner on you didn't even notice any noise. It was nice to have the beach equipment there for us to use, we used it every day. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our own meals, which we did a few times when we were just too tired from the day to get ready for dinner out. The computer was nice to have. We took a surfing lesson, snorkeled, and went on a whale watching cruise (we saw several whales even though it was the first of May). We drove the road to Hana, which was great, swam in the waterfall pools at the seven sacred pools and bought delicious banana bread that we had for breakfast the next few mornings. Our trip was great, thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home."

The only time you could hear it was if you had the windows and sliding door open during the middle of the day. There were no issues at night. There seems to be no one on the road in the middle of the night so there is definitely no problem there. Anyway, thanks again for everything. You will definitely hear from me next year."

"We had the best vacation! We swam with sea turtles, snorkelled with tropical fish, surfed in the warm water and saw live Hawaiian Reggae bands! We did not take a minute to rest! Thank god we rented a car because we definetley would not have been able to do half the things we did! We didn't spend as much time as we would have liked at the condo, it was gorgeous! We met a few new friends that were staying at the complex, that we hot tubbed with and had delicious bbq's! We wish that we could have stayed longer, next time we will! The condo was awesome! Our next door neighbor, who's daughter was coming to stay the day we left, said that your unit was the nicest one in the whole condo complex! We agreed! We ate fresh local pineapple and papaya, got fresh ahi from the fish market and enjoyed every moment there! Thanks again!
