Our fully fire sprinklered privately owned Luxury Waterside Condominium,less than one hour to Glacier NP is the premier condo on Flathead Lake, offering magnificent views of the Swan Mountains and Flathead Lake from dining room, living room, and patio. The lighted, new, first-class, boat dock features seating for enjoying your lunch or sun bathing and access ladders for easy swimming from the separate swim dock. A free boat ramp is but one block away for launching your boat. Renters not allowed to use boat slips as per Home Owners Association.
Our maximum upgraded Condo has hand-scraped oak floors throughout with upgraded carpet in bedrooms and tiled showers in bathrooms. The master bath has dual sinks and huge soaking tub for easily two. The highest grade knotty alder kitchen cabinets extending to the ceiling have under cabinet lighting. Granite counter tops in kitchen with tumbled stone back splash and same tile in bathrooms.
There are weathered bronze lighting fixtures and Moen oil-rubbed plumbing fixtures in the bath rooms with matching cabinet hardware. Additionally we have provided the finest weathered iron walnut bladed fans in the living room and bedrooms.
A 47 inch LED HDTV is in the living area with DVD/VCR and over 100 channels of digital cable with a six-speaker surround sound system all powered by a high end audio/video controller. There is a collection of 30 DVD movies and a large selection of music CD's.
A 32 in. LED HDTV & DVD player, Bose radio/cd player is in the master bedroom. FIBER OPTIC WIRELESS FASTEST INTERNET in Condo. The router is in the condo for easy trouble free wi-fi connection.
We have provided matching top-of-the-line GE Profile Series stainless dishwasher, stove, double door refrigerator, and heavy duty stacked washer/dryer (soap included) for your use.
The kitchen is fully supplied with the finest of cookware including All Clad. Included is a fine selection of coffee, Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker including a selection of K-Cups,CoffeeMate and coffee grinder.
The dishware/drinkware is all Fiestaware. We've supplied a large selection of "Tupperware" type
storage containers and the very finest of baking pans and casserole dishes.
The bathrooms are supplied with L'Occitane elegant soaps from France..same as Ritz Carlton.
The finest quality beds are covered in 1000 thread count linens.
The beautiful new furniture - fully furnished by an interior designer, includes leather sofa & chair, reclining mission-style reading chair, and hand-hewn log swivel bar chairs. Walnut-stained wood blinds are throughout the condominium.
Our condo is just seconds from the Lake shore and entrance to the spa. No need to climb stairs and walk a 100 yards to the Lake or spa like many other rental units..
Unlike some other Waterside rentals that advertise amenities they don't have, this "quiet" condominium, is truly far off the street and is on ground level with NO stairs to climb. The Waterside Condominiums is a 3 story complex and there are NO elevators servicing the upper floors. The calendar on this site is not maintained because we have several units to pick from ALL SIMILAR TO THE UNIT FEATURED AT THE SAME COMPLEX
For your pleasure, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance.
I refer to, and coordinate, the rental of these other units in the Waterside Condominiums if mine is taken. Our, finest at Waterside units, have the lowest rental rates and INCLUDE cleaning fees.

"We have rented this condo two years in row and plan to be back next spring. Beautiful furnishings, top of the line everything! Huge flat screen TV's, fine linens, and they even supply l'Occitane lotions and soap. It is also spotless clean. I felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel."

Since we are making our plans to book this condo again, we will give a review...Fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was better than the listing described, beautifully decorated, spotless and inviting! The kitchen was so well equiped it was a pleasure to cook, and we loved the comfortable king size bed! The owner was very attentive to our enjoyment. We couldn't be more pleased with this condo and would absolutely recommend it, along with Buns by the Lake for breakfast, Tamarack Brew Pub for lunch or dinner.
