Built in 2001, this 1500 square foot condo is in an attractive gated community, a spacious end unit with the convenience of one-floor living and a two-car garage. The interior has been completely and exquisitely refurnished during 2006 in a contemporary Southwest style. The two master suites are completely separated for privacy and each has a premium king bed. One suite has great mountain views, and the guest master is reached via a private entry vestibule off the foyer. A queen Aero-bed is also available. The living and conversation area, including a well outfitted entertainment center plus a dining table for six, are in the great room. The spacious kitchen is for serious cooks, fully equipped with multiple-featured appliances and accessories.
During your visit, start your morning walks through the gorgeous Sonoran Desert landscape on the adjacent Dinosaur Trailhead. You can swim in the heated community pool, soak in the spa and exercise at the private clubhouse, just a two-minute walk from your front door. Or, save your energy to play golf on either of the two Gold Canyon Golf Resort courses, located just five minutes away. The Dinosaur Mountain Course is consistently rated the top public links in Arizona by Golf Digest. You can also test your game at any of the other 10 championship-style courses within 20 miles of Gold Canyon.
While staying at your condo in Gold Canyon, enjoy nearby activities such as fishing and boating on the Canyon or Saguaro Lakes, trail rides and other horseback adventures at the Saguaro Lake or the D-Spur Ranches, serious or recreational hiking throughout the Superstition Mountains, or sightseeing in the saguaro cactus covered Tonto National Forest.

May thru Dec, $650+tax/wk or $2,200/month; Jan-Apr, $2,750 monthly. 5% discount
for multiple month leases. For one month or shorter rentals, 50% rent deposit is
required to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days before arrival. For multiple
month rentals, only 1st month's rent in advance is required for confirmation, with
remainder due on 1st day of subsequent months. $500 Refundable Security Deposit
and $150 Non-refundable Cleaning Fee is also required before or at check-in.

For each month our property is leased during the months of January through May, guests (or their relatives/friends ages 25 or over) are invited to return for a week's use of the condo rent-free during the months of June through December. Only the cleaning fee will need to be paid for the second visit.
