Year Purchased: 2005
After months of searching for our first vacation home, my wife and I found the perfect condo on Okaloosa Island.
We both hold jobs in the Beauty Industry, and travel quite a bit, so the 7 hour drive from Nashville to the beach seems like nothing for us.
Besides we both have a bit of gypsy in our hearts.
Why the Owner Chose Island Echos
Close enough to Destin (6 miles) for the shopping and dining opportunities but far enough away from the crowds and traffic if we just want to relax.
Our second floor unit, just above the pool, gives us the perfect view of the pool, beach and ocean.
The unit is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a completely remodeled Master Bath. Double sinks and plenty of cabinet space to store you belongings while you are here.
We have just completed updating the kitchen as well. Granite counter tops and brand new appliances to be installed along with cabinet pantry.
We hope that you, your family and/or friends will enjoy our beach themed condo for your next get-away

It was fantastic, view is awesome, perfect place to stay, directly on beach, perfect view!! Condo is decorated wonderful, bright, cheeful, very much at home when we stayed, everything we needed or could possibly ask for is available, all you need is time to get away and stay at this wonderful place. We cannot wait to go again, and will definitely stay at Island Echoes in Room 2K!!!!

We were here for a cheer competition and our family was so at home! We loved it! It was a great atmosphere and location. We couldn't have asked for a more cheerful place to rest our heads after a long day on the beach or returning from the competitions. It was awesome. God Bless

I have enjoyed my stay here so much. Your condo is absolutely beautiful. I would of decorated it the exact same way if it were mine. :) The weather has been just perfect and the gulf view.
