O lugar é excelente, melhor que as fotos, a casa é completa, ela e os ítens disponíveis para uso são novos e conservados, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Recomento a quem procura praia e lugar tranquilo com segurança 24h. As piscinas sempre limpas. O proprietário é muito bacana, deu todas as dicas necessárias de Ubatuba. Estamos impressionados com tamanha beleza deste lugar. Pelas fotos a gente imagina que é muito bom, mas pessoalmente é melhor ainda. Conforto total e muito pertinho da praia, sem contar a tranquilidade do condomínio com segurança 24 hrs. Proprietário atencioso e tudo o que vimos nas fotos foi o que encontramos na casa. Preço justo. Voltaremos assim que pudermos Indico a casa a todos.
