Our beach house is a charming Holgate duplex with beautiful sunset views from both decks. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a great children's park it is the ideal location for a family vacation or a weekend away with friends! Since it is located on the bayside you will have spectacular sunsets to enjoy and be just one block from the beach. A short drive down Long Beach Boulevard and you will be able to enjoy the excellent restaurants and shopping of Beach Haven.
On the first floor the deck runs the length of the house. Inside there are two bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twins. The downstairs also has a full bath, and kitchen.
The second floor, perfect for couples or families with small children, is a studio with a king-size bed and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs also has one bathroom and a kitchenette with dining area.
Both levels have new Weber grills available for use as well as seasonal beach badges for our guests.
Units can be rented separately or discounted if rented together. Rentals are available weekly May through October.

We rented both the first floor and second floor. The house has great bay views with a tennis court and playground about 25 yards from the front door. It is a quiet street and an easy walk to the ocean. Definitely will rent again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
