Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village
Blaine grew up in Salt Lake City and loves the Park City area. Kim grew up in Southern CA and also enjoyed visiting Park City. We finally made the move here to Park City in August of 2007 and now fully manage the property ourselves. Because we are near by, attention can be paid to every detail of the rental experience. It is our goal to ensure you have a clean, well kept home away from home.

The home is located at the outside of the neighborhood so you will have awesome views! There is a private hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room, pillow top mattresses, plenty of parking, tv's in every room, wifi, and access to the clubhouse with computers, pool (summer), hot tub and exercise room!
Park City is not just a winter wonderland... Summer is a great time to visit as well!
Of course our visitors come in the winter to enjoy activities such as skiing, snow boarding, sleigh rides, and snow mobiling, but the summer time also offers tons of fun with the Park City resort offering horse back riding, roller coasters, zip line, and kiddie rides. There are also some great golf courses, hiking, biking, fishing and hot air ballooning.
