This Condo is located in a security building on the quiet south end of Estero Island with easy access to the beach and close to many activities!
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has twin beds which can be combined to form a king bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ice maker, as well as all dinnerware, glassware, cookware, and utensils. There is a full-size clothes washer and dryer in the unit, and ceiling fans in every room.
The large living area and master bedroom features sliding glass doors which open on to a 10 by 30 foot tiled and screened lanai with a canal view. The front balcony has a view of Estero Bay.
Conveniently located near Fish Tale Marina (boat rental & fishing charters), 18-hole public golf course, drugstore, Santini Plaza shopping area (with a great ice cream shop), cinema (serves food and beverages at your table), many restaurants and pubs, fishing, beach access (seven miles of white sugar sand beach), shelling, biking, and only two miles from Lovers Key State Park! Avoid the traffic and take the trolley (50 cents) to Times Square!

Bob enjoys doing fixing and maintenance. We had recently sold rental property in Minnesota and wanted to re-invest in Florida.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the relaxed atmosphere in the Bay Beach area. This location is away from traffic noise and bars with loud music. Casa Marina dwellers are friendly and welcoming. We enjoy going for long walks and biking on the hardpack on the beach. We also like to walk down to the pier to check on the fishing! And, of course, we enjoy using the pool!

In November 2005, we enjoyed a one week stay in this well equipped, pleasantly decorated condo with nice views and ample parking spaces. We enjoyed the pool with comfortable outdoor furniture. Golfers might like to know that there is a 9 hole course with reasonable green fees within walking distance! Unfortunately, we didn’t have our clubs with us so we didn’t play. Annually in November, the sand sculptures take place within a short walking distance of this unit–very interesting to watch the sculptors create some awesome designs in the sand. Shelling is excellent in this area. There are lots of restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this condo.

I stayed in this rental last year and was thoroughly impressed with its comfort, cleanlieness and spaciousness! The location and view are especially good. I would stay there again if I hadn't bought myself a place.
