Hi Everyone, We went on our family vacation a little late n the year and the weather was not the most cooperative. The condo was beautiful though. I was pleasantly suprized when we opened the door. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It was very clean and well decorated.I am picky aqnd so is my husband. We will be back. the only trouble I had was sleeping because my mattress is firmer.Otherwise it was very comfortable. the owner is a very nice person to talk with. Its worth the rental. Lisa

Our family of 6 stayed there in July 2010 and had a fabulous time !!! The location was perfect, the pool close by and the beach just steps away !! Everything you could need was already there from beach chairs and umbrellas to boogie boards. Linda was a fabulous hostess and did everything posssible to make our visit relaxing and enjoyable.We look forward to visiting Tuscany again and hope to make it a longer stay next time.

Thanks so very much for the beautiful space to relax and enjoy our 2009 spring vacation. You have attended to every detail and we appreciated everything your home offered as well as the surprise welcome basket! You are so thoughtful and it shows in everything you do. Your home and the area are simply beautiful so thanks for sharing your home. We played golf at Tradition, True Blue and Willbrook, went to Brookgreen Gardens a few times (lots of photo ops) and took the cruise to Georgetown lighthouse, as well as some mini excursions around the area. Also enjoyed our yearly family cooking while gazing out at the ocean....how often does that happen?! And got to see the dolphins as well. It seems like it was a long time ago since so much has happened since then. So thanks so very kindly, Linda. Hopefully some day we can get back to Litchfield. I'm sorry this is so short, but I must get back to work. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality. Best to you and yours always, Mea

Dear Linda, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you again for your southern hospitality and making us feel so at home by allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We live in Southern Indiana and had never been to Myrtle Beach. The trip was well worth the wait. We loved Myrtle Beach and the time we spent with our kids and the friends they brought along. Especially enjoyable was the Nascar Park and Broadway at the Beach. The moment we arrived inside the condo our kids screamed with delight. We brought along our three kids ages 16, 14 and 13, and each brought along a friend. So each teenager and friend had there own room and this worked ideally. The four girls were so excited!! They couldn't believe they had their own private bedroom, tv, dvd player and restroom with shower to themselves. The boys were equally excited watching the March Madness on the Plasma TV and camping out on the sleeper sofa upstairs by themselves. The best part was my husband enjoyed a lot of alone time since each of the kids had their own space and friend along. We left the screen sliding door in our bedroom open just to listen to the ocean waves. THE BEDROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL AND WONDERFUL. It was peaceful taking coffee outside and just sitting on the dock near the beach. Looking out at the ocean it made your think about God's presence and how he made all things. I transgress. The home was so well supplied we didn't have to bring along anything. We only went to the Piggly Wiggly across the road to get snacks and goodies for our breakfast. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and hope we get to come back again soon. PS I read about your home on Vacation Rentals by Owner. Linda, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our "girl's weekend" at your lovely condo. The style and decor was just absolutely wonderful - nice to be at the beach for a change without the "typical" beach furnishings. The beds were so much more comfortable than even mine are at home! The location was terrific, and all of the facilities were just the best, and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing such a remarkable and relaxing place. The four of us will certainly recommend your unit to all of our friends, and we hope to come back someday ourselves.

HI Linda, We had a great week at your place. The townhouse is beautiful, very comfortable and quiet, plenty spacious for all 5 of us. The layout is really unique and comfortable. The beds and linens were terrific! Coffee pot just like at home - fresh ground beans! You were so helpful in making the arrangements, and with our many questions. We were so very please when we walked into the condo. So beautiful and extremely clean. I felt right at home immediately. The view from the balcony was so lovely with the view of the ocean and tropical landscaping. I also received a massage from Diane Zimmerman from VERSAILLES DAY SPA in the master suite that was just fantastic. It was made even more perfect with the stone waterfall running on the dresser and soothing music in the background. My daughter and her friend were so pleased to have their own rooms that were so beautiful. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge plus. Thank you Linda and Dan for offering such a wonderful place to call our home away from home. Much Gratitude Linda and Frank

Thank you for providing our family a wonderful place to experience our vacation. The boys, my husband and I enjoyed all the experiences, even the mystery of the wedding ring bouncing in a hole under the vanity and ending up in the wall.. Our 11 year old angler was at first disappointed because we could not get a charter for deep sea fishing. But after he caught a shark from the beach he was more than excited. Your suggestions on dinner were wonderful. We went to the Mayor House. Our 8 year old was so inspired by the mood in the restaurant he stated, "I am going to use by best manners." And he did! It was enjoyable to watch him order his own food and place his napkin in his ap. He wanted to make sure he used the right fork and knife. And he loved the She Crab Soup. Our final evening we went to Landolphi's. Our 13 year old and pickest eater excitingly said, "This is the best food ever!" We ate pizza and order four different desert to share. My tastebuds are still dancing. Again, we would like to thank you. My husband and I were able to relax and the boys had a fun time. We will definitely visit your lovely home on the beach again.

The place is fabulous. Very quiet, clean and relaxing. This is the second year we have stayed here and we could not ask for anything better. I can't remember vacations so relaxing. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to some wonderful restaurants.

My family and I spent the first week of June in the Tuscany By The Sea. This is a gorgeous facility. Very tastefully decorated. Linda though of everything. She was fantastic, always pleasant, providing information and answers to any and all questions at any time we contacted her. Everything you need is taken care of for you if you are spending the day at the beach, pool or in the villa. Pool and hot tub is extremely nice for all family members. We had a little bit of confusion on the first day and used the pool for the near by unit. However, the pool for our unit was much nicer once we located it on the second day. Beach was a very very short board walk away and was also wonderful. Beach was not crowded at anytime we were there. My entire family had a wonderful vacation and we did not want to leave at the end of the week. We made one day trip, but spent most of the time right on site. If you are looking for a very very nice place to relax slow down and just enjoy your family you will not find a nicer place to stay. Respectfully, Ray and Stacy Minor
