Ski in and ski out, three bedroom condo ideally situated right next to the new West Wall lift, ski school and ski basin, shops, restaurants and amenities. This condo really is ski in and ski out, no walking involved. The West Wall lift is free so even on the first day there you can ski straight down to the base to purchase lift tickets. There is a great sledding run right outside the condo that all the kids use once the lifts are closed. A free private shuttle bus operates daily during ski season between 8am and midnight, allowing full access to the ski basin and the beautiful town of Crested Butte with its wide variety of awesome boutiques, outdoors shops and more award winning restaurants per capita than any other town in Colorado.
The condo was completely refurnished and refitted, in summer 2007 and has all new appliances, bedding and furnishings. It is on ground floor level so no lugging skis up or down stairs. There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds with two trundle beds that can sleep 4 children.
This rustic style condo with a magnificent stone fire place, make the ideal location for apres ski after a great day on the slopes. Beautifully furnished with antique style hand made reclaimed teak furniture and new bed linens. Morning coffees can be sipped at your leisure as you are already on the slope.
Entertainment includes a 32" LCD flat screen TV with DVD player in the lounge and a selection of DVDs. All 3 bedrooms have a 20" LCD TV and in addition the kids room has a Playstation II and a good collection of traditional games and puzzles to keep the kids entertained.
During the summer visit the wild flower festival in July. The fishing is amazing or try river rafting for an exhilarating experience. All mountain activities are available in the incredibly beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains.
