These are Self Catering Vacation rentals with Location, Location, Location, in Village north and on Whistler mountain. It is the perfect accommodation for your ski or golf vacation and free INTERNET and local telephone calls AND parking. Olympics dates ONLY available in the 2 bedroom with a 2 night minimum - no tax. Prices as follows: 7 nights $675/night, 6 nights $700/night, 5 nights 750/night, 4 nights or less $800/night.
Are you a responsible discriminating vacationer, 25 or older, who wants to be more than comfortable on their vacation and NOT pay the high hotel pricing. This lovely one bedroom, one bathroom condo or apartment in Whistler Village North is steps to the grocery store, liquor store, video store, starbucks, pharmacy and post office. Lots of restaurants to choose from and the shopping will keep you busy when you are not on the slopes.
The Condo is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including complimentary tea/coffee, condiments and spices. This unit comes with an additional TV/VCR unit in the master bedroom that swings out from the wall above you! Enjoy the quiet mountain view and valley trail from your window seat or curl up in front of the gas fireplace. Underground parking is provided free of charge but you won't need a car at this location. The Alpenglow studio is across the street, is smaller and perfect for a budget seeking couple. If you want larger, just ask about my 2 bedroom.
Enjoy the complex hot tub after a day on the slopes and use our bath robes provided. Walk to lifts or board the free shuttle that runs past the marketplace every 3-5 minutes. In suite storage for skis and Washer/Dryer for your convenience. Don't delay, reserve now as I tend to book up fast! If you want larger or smaller, ask me about my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom newly renovated townhome slopeside or my studio located in village north as well. Monthly pricing available on all properties - Just ask. Cleaning is included at end of stay during winter season. Additional cleanings can be ordered at any time.
NOTE: Calendar reflects availability in all my homes so please email me for correct dates. Special rates listed below, are based on 7 nights and two people in the 1 bedroom unit. Cleaning is optional during the summer and can be done yourself to save this charge.

Year Purchased: 1996
I own 3 properties at Whistler including a studio and one bedroom in village north, and a ski in/out 2 bedroom on Whistler mountain. I have been welcoming guests since 1996 to Whistler and both my children have enjoyed the mountains and snowboarding here.
I cater to mature family types and offer discounts to returning guests. I endeavour to ensure you have a wonderful stay in any of my homes by providing lots of extras for your comfort.
Why the Owner Chose Marketplace Lodge
I wanted to provide my guests a selection of accommodation, so I first bought the 2 bedroom in 1996, the one bedroom in 2001 and the studio in 2007.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The village north properties are great fun and close to all the village has to offer, so if you want to dine out most nights and enjoy the atmosphere, this is a great place to be. Sometimes I like to just come up and curl up by the wood burning fireplace with a book, and ski from my doorstep, so my 2 bedroom is ideal for a nice cozy retreat on Whistler mountain.
