Enjoy Solar Sun tunnel ceiling lighting in our villa just 15 minutes from Disney World. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1700 square foot home in desirable gated community, professionally decorated, king beds in both master bedrooms with private bathrooms/ensuites. Two twin beds in other two bedrooms with shared full masterbath. Villa layout designed with vacationers in mind. Play all day at the parks and come home and relax in a private home and unwind while swimming under the stars for less than you pay for a good hotel room. Large gas grille.

We do have a No Pets policy due to family allergies. Violation of pet policy will result in immediate termination of the short term lease and forfeiture of $200 security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai
Villa has large screened in lanai with a 15 X 30 south facing pool with spa and comfy pool furniture. Area around the pool is landscaped with palm trees and flowers. Area as you walk out of the sliding patio doors has table, four chairs, and overhead ceiling fan & light. Pool and Spa have underwater lights for evening swims. Private grille area just outside the pool cage on the left.
Villa has a TV in the living room and in every bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout the villa. Garage has been decorated for a game room with regulation size pool table, 6 foot air hockey table, chairs and swivel fan.
Villa has a full entertainment center in living room, complete with cable and free wireless internet. Villa furnishings include a baby high chair, pak and play and baby walker plus hair dryers and iron.
Nice corner lot located only a short walk from the super-sized community pool complete with pool furniture, tables and a covered patio to relax out of the sun.
Community has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog. Our Villa was completed and professionally designed in November 2004.
We try to add or improve something every year during our semi- annual personal villa visits. In 2011 we added solar sun tunnels and a 42 inch HD TV. We also have an excellent local management company to help us maintain the villa to our high personal standards and to serve you during your stay.
Mission Park is a gated community in a country setting built to accommodate both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term rentals for vacationers like you.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Park
Once we decided to own a home in Florida it only made sense to buy in the area where we had been going to for years. There is so much to do in Orlando and a jaunt to the ocean and the Space Center makes a nice day trip. Of course it helps that Tampa, the site of one of my favorite parks, Busch Gardens, is less than 90 minutes away. The best news of all is that if, you are just looking for a day to rest, there is nothing like staying in a private home with a private pool and a games room.

The layout of our villa was done with the intent to provide guest with the ambience of an executive style home and the added enjoyment of a games room and your own private pool and spa in a country setting while being just a hop away from all that Orlando-Disney area offers. Villa features king beds with privates baths. Having a private room for you and one for the kids is a nice way to go.

We have been vacationing every year in Central Florida since 1986. In 2004, we decided it was time to stop the resort gig and own our home and shared it with others. It was great decision. Now we vacation longer and enjoy it more and the grand kids think its a pretty good idea as well. And since we handle our own bookings, we get to interact with great people from around the world. We know that "going to Disney and the other great parks" is a big DEAL and we want to do all we can to make it a great vacation.

We have never had such prompt and pleasant exchange as we did with Tom from the the first moment to the last. The house was perfect for us. Our son was sick the first several days and Tom was so nice to express his concern. Then we couldn't keep our son out of the pool! I think he had as much fun there as he did at Disney. The house was clean and tastefully decorated - more like a home than just a house. The pool and spa were clean. The location was great and easy to get to. We will definitely be back and recommend Chattysdream to all of our friends. Thank you for sharing your home.

We kind of made it a second honeymoon. I did send you a message last week to thank you so very much for letting us come a day early. Louis surprised me with that the day we drove there. You are so kind to open your home and your heart to us. The sun tunnels are awesome! Things seemed so much brighter and we didn't have to turn on the lights until early evening. We went to Discovery Cove this time there and I got to swim with the dolphins!! Amazing!!!. We arrived back home to a high of 43 degrees and 20 mph winds with gusts up to 50 mph....I already miss Florida! We are already talking about a return visit! Thanks again for your generosity! Hi Tom. Did know where to post this but thought you might need it for your future occupants. Here is our review of our 9/17/11 thru 9/24/11 stay: From the first time I contacted Tom to get information, to the last day of our stay, it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Tom is very easy to get a hold of to arrange everything, including making payments until our arrival. The house was beautiful and exactly like the pictures! It is in a great location, with everything you need nearby. Walmart and the grocery store Publix are just down the street in case of essentials or groceries. Laundry soap is not provided, but Dishwasher soap was. The water pressure in the showers are great but very strong, so expect that when entering. It only took us about 15 minutes to get to the Disney gates (probably would have been less time if GPS wasn't trying to get through the wrong gates). There are many different restaurants to choose from nearby if you don't want to cook. But if you do want to stay in, all the essentials for cooking are provided. We took a short drive past the Mission Park entrance gates to Lake Louisa, where we saw a large turtle, many butterflies, and even a deer! That was pretty cool and didn't cost anything but a small entry fee at the entrance gates. We had no issues with the house, it was clean and inviting. The pool was nice and clean, although we were gone so much, we only got to use it once. We highly recommend anyone staying at Chatty's Dream house. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks again!!!

We are having a great time exploring Disney and the area! We now know what everyone talks about! This is a magical place! I can go on and on, but have to get back to Magic Kingdom (had to take a break from the heat and humidity). Anyway, we noticed that check out time is 10:00 am, and was wondering if we could stay longer? Chad would like to use the tickets up tomorrow and "chill out" Saturday before heading home. I do not know if this makes any sense...bottom line , can we stay longer????? We do not want to assume anything. Thank you so much!
