An end townhouse with all living accommodation on the first floor. The ground floor is two thirds car port or boat storage with at the front a screened and tiled patio area with fan, lights, leisure furniture and barbecue. There are bicycles, tennis racquets and basic fishing gear - no license required to fish off a pier.
Two double bedrooms, the master with a 6 foot King bed, the guest room has twins. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a full laundry room. At the end of your stay, but not during, a cleaning service is included.

We have been renting this town house for a couple of years now. Trevor and Maggie look after us well and make things easy for us to rent. Its great having a choice of swimming pools or often beating my wife at tennis!! There are some great local bars that we cycle to and the views are spectacular. We also use it as a hub for visiting Key West or sometimes Miami South Beach with it only being roughly an hour away. I cant recommend both Key Largo and this town house enough! This townhouse was everything we were looking for in Key Largo. Quiet, clean and spacious (1200 sq,feet) with every amenitiy you could need. My husband and I loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The pool is large and the people were very friendly. The furnishings were top rate with a comfortable King bed in the master and beautiful leather couches in the livingroom. The large glass table in the dining area was great for our special dinner party. This townhouse looks out over a canal and the wonderful Florida sunset.
