Fishermen's Village is located within the residential development of Playacar within walking distance of the town of Playa del Carmen and the ferry dock to Cozumen. Fishermen's Village has two restaurants, garden and beachfront, swim-up bar in pool directly on beachfront, separate children's pool, lunch, snack, and full bar facility directly on the beach, penthouse sundeck on the beach, tour desk, car rental, full serice spa, jacuzzi and exercise room fronting the beach.
These are time share units with marble floors and countertops, kitchenette and daily maid service.
The optional all-inclusive program, for $65 a day per person, includes two delicious meals or buffet and unlimited drinks. Charming Playa del Carmen is a ten minute walk through a beautiful gated neighborhood, with loads of dining, shopping and entertainment waiting for you in town. For charm and tranquility, Sunset Fishermen has no equal. Please note that these units are only available from 1/30 thru 3/13, Saturday to Saturday only.

About the owner: My wife and I have been renting out our timeshare for 5 years. We have a second unit which we occupy while our guests are also at Fishermens.
