With meticulous attention to detail, your home offers easy entertainment opportunities as well as a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. The home also has an extended and covered patio complete with a gas BBQ, table and chairs for those beautiful starry nights.
Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets with ample storage for all your goodies! The home is elegantly furnished with upgraded tile and carpeting throughout.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television with DVD player and an adjoining private master bath with a large walk in closet.
The guestroom and guest bath are just down the hall and is furnished with a queen size bed and TV.
The rental rate includes all utilities (inquire re: summer months) plus local telephone service and cable TV. Cable TV can be upgraded if desired by tenant to include movie channels at an additional cost. High speed internet service is also available at no additional charge.
In the extended 2 car garage you will find an ELECTRIC GOLF CART to use on the four golf courses or to tour around the complex.
This resort setting includes four golf courses, two large health clubs with spas, swimming pools, fitness centers, walking tracks, lap pools, arts and craft centers and many activities to suit everybody’s taste including a fishing pond. If you prefer going out to dine, there are restaurants in the complex as well. We are located very close to the Cimarron Spa/Center.
This is a Non-Smoking unit. Small pets will be considered for an additional charge.
