The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, VCR and an adjoining private master bath with a large walk in closet.
The guestroom and guest bath are just down the hall and is furnished with a queen size bed.
The rental rate includes all utilities, plus local telephone service and basic cable TV. Cable TV can be upgraded if desired by tenant. High speed internet service is also available at no additional charge.
This is a Non-Smoking unit. Small pets will be considered for an additional charge.
