Bring your boat and your RV! 'Waterfront PSL' is located on a deep-water, ocean access canal. This immaculate, centrally located, Port St Lucie waterfront home has a 40 foot dock, (with electric and water), and a 33 foot gravel RV Pad for your RV or boat trailer.
Beautifully furnished, the 1800 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-car garage home has undergone extensive interior remodeling completed in January 2006. Includes new porcelain tile floors throughout. With your own hot tub and 16 ft x 24 ft heated pool, this is the perfect choice for your winter retreat, temporary corporate housing, or as your vacation destination any time of the year.
Relax with the morning paper in the comfortably decorated and screened Entry Lanai. In the Living Room stretch out on the La-Z-Boy recliner or sectional sofa to enjoy the Gas-Log Fireplace and TV/DVD/VCR.
Within view of the St Lucie River, the 40' x 12' Florida Room provides you a panoramic view of the waterway. With ample dining and seating areas, it's an ideal place for spending time with your family and friends. Also includes a TV/DVD/VCR. French doors open to the large 1300 square foot screened enclosure with Hot Tub and Heated Pool (electric heat pump).
In the event of a hurricane, refunds are provided on a prorated basis.

Fantastic home with everything imaginable available at your fingertips. Almost anything you can think you would need for a trip you will find somewhere in the very clean and organized house. Our kids swam everyday in the heated pool and had a blast catching an eel, catfish, and a couple turtles. Highly recommend! Close to the ocean!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Lovely! The house is very clean, you find everything!!!! you need. We missed nothing! Manatees at the dock, squirrels in the palmtrees, a lot of jumping fishes, turtles, lizards, bats and owls, the children loved all the animals around. The pool is nice, a lot of equipment to have fun at the beach, a huge barbecue grill - very nice decorated bedrooms with very good mattresses and good pillows - the kitchen - wow! Comfortable bathrooms, nice living room, and a friendly owner, who is very cooperative! That was the best holiday we ever had! We will come back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We arrived home the Saturday before Easter from, without a doubt, the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Just like everyone before us, we were in awe of the beauty, meticulousness, and warming vacation home you could ever imagine. This home is in lack of nothing, including the 2 manetees that embraced us with their presence on the back dock. We thank Bob and Vicki for affording us a fabulous vacation that was anchored on this wonderful home. Just like the welcome basket awaiting us, we believe all would feel welcomed and lucky to embark on this rare find. Beautiful home, meticulously maintained, all the amenities, cooking utensils, linens, towels, toys to play with, video entertainment, tourist information, everything to get you started with your stay in Port St. Lucie area. Pool and Hot Tub got well used. Deck on the canal was very relaxing (bring your boat). Plenty of good restaurants, parks, beaches, you name it. Owners were very easy to work with and have done a great job maintaining the property in perfect condition. Really, they seem to have thought of everything.I would recommend this property to families and groups of all ages. Can't wait for next year to go back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I have been spending two weeks during the summer at this wonderful home on Calmuso Drive in Port St Lucie. It has become our favorite vacation spot. If you're looking for a place to relax and just hang out, they have thought of everything. If you want to go sightseeing, there are wonderful beaches close by, downtown Stuart is a great place to go shopping and dining and it's only a short drive. Our favorite thing to do while there, was just hang out by the pool, swimming and relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and the owners have supplied everything your could possibly need. The home is always spotless and well maintained. We cannot say enough about this house! It is a wonderful place to vacation and we highly recommend it to everybody!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Photos do not do justice to this beautiful, comfortable home. This was more than we anticipated at our first stay (2009) we have been back every year since. Almost stayed 6 weeks from April thru middle of May in 2011. I am on oxygen 24/7 and found I was not handicapped by the house at all. Owners seem to think of everything. Just a great place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
