With your own hot tub and 16 ft x 24 ft heated pool, this is the perfect choice for your winter retreat, temporary corporate housing, or as your vacation destination any time of the year.
Relax with the morning paper in the comfortably decorated and screened Entry Lanai. In the Living Room stretch out on the La-Z-Boy recliner or sectional sofa to enjoy the Gas-Log Fireplace and TV/DVD/VCR.
Within view of the St Lucie River, the 40' x 12' Florida Room provides you a panoramic view of the waterway. With ample dining and seating areas, it's an ideal place for spending time with your family and friends. Also includes a TV/DVD/VCR. French doors open to the large 1300 square foot screened enclosure with Hot Tub and Heated Pool (electric heat pump).
In the event of a hurricane, refunds are provided on a prorated basis.

Ask for details: The house is located directly on an ocean access canal that flows into the St. Lucie River and on to the Atlantic Ocean via the St Lucie Inlet in Stuart. From the kitchen and Florida rooms and from the outdoor pool area, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the waterway. Try a little fishing from the dock or just sit, relax, and enjoy the wildlife and water view!

- No Pets Allowed: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate any pets at this property. We ensure that the property has been "pet-free" for our guests who have pet allergies.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The property is not wheelchair accessible, however, access includes only 1 step into the house and 1 step from the Florida Room to the rest of the house. Both bathrooms includes grab bars in the tub or shower. A shower chair is provided for the walk-in shower. The stairs leading to the dock have a sturdy ADA compliant hand rail at heights for children or adults.
- Kid Friendly: Numerous features for those traveling with little ones . . . high chair, Pack 'N Play, beach toys, toddler-size chairs, step stools, & children's videos. The property was furnished with the expectation that there will be kids there. You won't find sharp corners on furniture . . . furnishings/fabrics & decor were selected to appeal asthetically to adults and yet to be easy-care for kids so that everyone can be comfortable and have a great vacation!
