You have to take the Downtown Disney exit to get there. This is the only resort not owned by Disney that is inside Disney World.

This is one of three Wyndham (Fairfield) Resorts in Orlando. The other 2 are NOT on Disney property, but are located in Kissimmee. I have access to all 3. If this one is not available, I can check the other properties if you ask me.
This resort, BONNET CREEK, is actually inside the Disney property entrance. Disney owns thousands of acres. The Disney parks are all placed all over those acres. Bonnet Creek is right next to the Disney resorts and takes no longer to get to the parks than if you stayed at Disney. You can take a free shuttle to the different parks. You can even see the fireworks at Epcot from your balcony. Because it is a resort, it has supervised activities for the kids plus activities and parties for the adults if you want to participate. There are two snack bars next to the pools. If you are comparing rates with the Disney resorts, be sure you compare to their 1 and 2 bedroom suites, not their hotel rooms. There is a BIG difference.
The resort itself is designed in a beautiful Tuscan Villa style. The resort has 2 pools, one with a lazy river and the other with a slide, plus a play ground right in the pool. There is a third "adult" pool connected and several hot tubs. Inside the lobby area is a video game room, a billiards room, a computer center, and a gaming area.
Each unit has a washer and dryer, full kitchen with high end appliances. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The 2-bedroom units have 2 baths and can sleep eight. The 3 bedroom units have 2 baths and sleep ten. The 4 bedroom units have 4 baths and sleep twelve. The 4 bedroom units are penthouses on the top floor of each building.
The units on the lake side have a large balcony from which you can watch the fireworks at Epcott. We could also see the pool from our balcony.
Parking is right next to the buildings. There is a shuttle to Disney if you don't want to mess with Disney traffic. PERSONALY, I RECOMMEND RENTING A CAR. The concierge can get discount tickets to almost all the parks and attractions, but the discounts are minimal. There is 24 hour housekeeping and maintenance. It has all the amenities of a hotel, but all the spaciousness and privacy of a luxury home. Weekly rates are below. Housekeeping fees included. Add 12.5% Florida tax. During Prime Season, only 3, 4, and 7 night stays are available checking in or out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. High and Value Season are more flexible. Weekend nights are almost twice as much as weekday nights.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. This is a timeshare resort. It is set up for weekly check-ins based upon Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday stays. If you are requesting a reservation that is different from those dates, your reservation may have to be made under two different "check-in" weeks. Thus, you may have more than one confirmation. HOWEVER, you will not be changing rooms.
2. The 30% discount only applies to reservations made 60 days OR LESS before check-in. That means "last minute" vacations.
3. The availability drops dramatically at the 60 day mark because everyone knows the units are discounted at that time. Thus, there is limited availability during the discount periods. If you have your heart set on a certain date, don't wait until the last minute to see if you can get a discount.
4. My prices are not negotiable, not even for multiple units.

If THE CALENDER SHOWS AVAILABILITY, IT MEANS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST ONE UNIT AVAILABLE FOR RENT THE LAST TIME I LOOKED, BUT NOT NECESSARILY ALL SIZE UNITS. SOMETIMES THERE IS ONLY ONE UNIT, PERIOD!
