FEES: Wyndham charges owners a $99 guest fee for every reservation of 1-7 nights. 8-14 night reservations use 2 Wyndham guest fees. These are not refundable.
DISCOUNTS:
The regular rate applies to advance reservations (more than 60 days to check in). Half the amount is due at the time of renting. The other half is due 60 days before check in.
30% DISCOUNT: If it is more than 60 days to your check in date
50% DISCOUNT: If it is 60 days or LESS to your check in date and IF there are still units available. 13% tax is added to the discounted rate.
NOTE:
* Discounted reservations must be paid within one week of receiving the rental agreement.
* When it is 60 days or less to check in, the resort is often sold out. Sometimes the only units still available will require more than one guest fee.
ROOM REQUESTS AND ROOM VIEWS: THESE ARE JUST REQUESTS. Neither I nor any other owner can guarantee a specific unit. These things make it difficult to get a request:
* owners have priority over guests.
* people staying over (adding an extra night or 2) can change your room assignment at the last minute
* maintenance problems can cause room assignments to change
*times when the resort is sold out decreases your chances of getting your requested room
*mid-week check in
*too many requests makes it more difficult (like next to another family and view of the fireworks) You may get one or the other
*last minute and/or discount reservations have the lowest priority
*some of the fireworks views overlook the parking lots

INSIDE DISNEY: Disney World is over 30,000 acres. Bonnet Creek is within those 30,000 acres, close to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. It is less than a mile to Epcot, but you cannot walk anywhere. There are no sidewalks and it is a busy, 6 lane highway.
RENTAL CAR: Disney is 20 miles from the airport and will cost between $50 and $90 in cab fare just getting to and from with no stops at grocery stores. There are livery services that will make one 30 minute stop at a grocery store. Check out kayak or hotwire web sites for rates on cars and airfare.
RESTAURANTS: 3 "snack bars". The Wyndham Grand Hotel with 5 restaurants is schedules to open Oct 1, 2011
DISNEY PERKS: Bonnet Creek is not owned by Disney, it is owned by Wyndham. You do not get discounted tickets or early entrance, but the Disney buses are public transportation.
DISCOUNTED TICKETS: Check the Disney website. The concierge also has tickets that are discounted $2 or $3 each.
RESORT AMENITIES: 4 Pools, 2 lazy rivers, pirate ship water slide, playground, beach volleyball, mini golf, game room with billiards, video arcade - ALL FREE !
UNIT AMENITIES: 2 Bedroom Deluxe: Each unit has full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer and balcony. TV in living room and all bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. 2nd bedroom has two double (not twin) beds and second bath.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Buena Vista
With the Wyndham system, we can go to any of their other resorts. We have been to Hawaii, Washington DC, Branson, Smoky Mountains, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta, Destin, and Nashville. BUT, we love Bonnet Creek the best!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can see the fireworks at Epcot from some of the balconies. The resort has fabulous pools. There are lots of fun activties like Texas Hold'em tournaments, karaoke by the pool, hula contests, etc.

I have been college professor and high school teacer. I am now retired and was hoping to travel. Health and family have kind of put a damper on that, but I am working on it!
I had a couple of strokes in 2009, and now one of my daughters helps with reservations. She has been fantastic and will work diligently to make your vacation experience wonderful. So you may hear from me or Emily. Both of us are committed to doing everything we can to help you.
We have a large number of points and cannot use all our vacation time at present. I have retired and my husband will soon. We had planned to do a lot of traveling . . . to all 120 Wyndham resorts. But life never turns out like you expect. We are not yet able to go as much as we would like. Until then, you can enjoy the vacation time we are not using at any of their resorts. Our rates are based upon the maintenance fees Wyndham charges us. We have kept our rates as reasonable as possible, but we will not rent for less than what it costs us. I also help 4 of my friends rent their extra vacation time.

My husband and I can't express how pleasant our 11 night stay with our two young children at WBC was this past holiday season. This property is in the immediate location of other Disney Resorts, Disney and non Disney parks, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores and major highways. The shuttle service to Disney parks was just as fantastic as Disney transportation. Top class resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for the price of a 1 room with 2 beds at Disney. Every amenity we needed to make this vacation our home away from home was available to us. Immaculate, clean, odor free, stain free furniture and very nice updated modern casual elegance decor throughout the condo. All the kitchen utensils you would need to cook all of your meals were included. Beautiful marble bathrooms, plush mattresses and washer/dryer completed our experience. Parking outdoors or in the garage was a good experience. The resort restaurants were amazing as well as the property itself, children's activities and every staff member we came in contact with. We had every opportunity to enjoy the Disney experience at the parks all day and come back to paradise. Our experience with Catherine was positive from our initial contact. She answered every question we had without hesitation, she was pleasant to speak to and we intern felt comfortable moving forward with the rental. We were very satisfied with every detail of our vacation arrangements and knew we had made the right decision in booking with Catherine. It is very difficult to find an owner you feel you can trust 100%. We were fortunate. We hope this review has helped you book your next vacation through Catherine and wish you lots of fun on your trip! Our next trip will include a new baby and we will definitely reach out to Catherine on this VRBO property when visiting Disney without hesitation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and loved it!! It was nice and spacious and great for our family of 4. The resort itself is SO NICE!! They have so many pools to choose from and the resort does all kind of activities through out the day. You can also see the Epcot fireworks from the resort. This is going to be our new place to stay when we go to Disney. We LOVED it at Bonnet Creek!!

The resort was everything we had hoped it would be for our 7 day vacation. We just got back yesterday and I don't often take the time to do reviews - but I thought this place was definately worth it. We have a 5 yr. old son that would have been perfectly content just staying at the resort playing golf, going swiming, and playing ping-pong! Thankfully we did manage to go to Disney, Sea World, etc. which was all located within 15 minutes...!! The resort is in an awesome location, very clean, and having 2-bedrooms vs. a hotel room was so nice...saved money by not eating out! Thanks Catherine for all of your assistance - you were awesome to work with as well...:) I would definately recommend to anyone thinking it - it was definately worth it!!

We just wrapped up a fantastic 6-night stay at Bonnet Creek, and we loved it! We rented a 2 bedroom condo, and it was perfect for our family of four! The resort is on Disney property, so it was close to everything...so convenient! We have already recommended Bonnet Creek to friends, because you cannot beat it for the value and amenities. We were so happy with our stay at Bonnet Creek. The minute we got there and seen what a beautiful place it was, I knew we made a great decision in picking this resort! Everything was very clean, the rooms spacious, and very comfortable. Our kids, ages 12, 7, and 4, were thrilled with the pools. I think they could've surpassed going to parks somedays, and just stayed there to swim! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I have spent the last two Spring break vacations at this beautiful resort. It is located in the heart of Disney. We have created many wonderful memories while staying here. The staff is very friendly and the accomodations are excellent. We have visited many resorts in the Orlando area, over the years, but Bonnet Creek is by far the best. The rooms are clean and spacious and having a kitchen available offers flexibility for families. My girls just love the lazy river pools, and the view overlooking the lake is amazing. We cannot wait to visit again in the Spring!

We are a family of four and we had a wonderful time at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. My kids are 2yr and 4 yr old so they loved the pools with the zero entry and also the kiddie area next to tower 1. We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe unit in Tower 6 and the unit itself was very clean and nice. We had plenty pf room for our family to comfortably lounge around and relax after a day at the Disney parks or a day athe pool. I would (and will) highly recommend this resort to anyone plannning a vacation to the Orlando area.

Dear Cathy My husband and I just wanted to let you know how much we LOVED your rental property at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It far surpassed all our wildest expectations and the kids loved it. We particularly loved the free shuttles to and from Disney which we used everyday we went there. We loved the pools, lazy rivers, water slides and the whole atmosphere of the property and had just a wonderful time. We ate well because we cooked most of our own food (we have allergies) in the highly functional kitchen, swam and played mini-golf and enjoyed movies (we brought our own dvd player) on the tv in the bedroom (a big hit with the kids) We've told everyone we know about the great time we had and referred them to your site. It's a great, reasonably price Disney vacation that allows a family to take a day off from the parks and just chill at a fun, well equipped resort. Many thanks - we'll definitely be back!

Our stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek was wonderful. The room was great and the pools/lazy river were so relaxing and kid friendly. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disney World!
