You have to take the Downtown Disney exit to get there. This is the only resort not owned by Disney that is inside Disney World.

This is one of three Wyndham (Fairfield) Resorts in Orlando. The other 2 are NOT on Disney property, but are located in Kissimmee. I have access to all 3. If this one is not available, I can check the other properties if you ask me. I ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO 129 OTHER RESORTS ALL OVER US like Williamsburg, Myrtle Beach, Las Vegas, Wisconsin Dells, Branson, Smoky Mountains, San Diego, and San Antonio. I can reserve any size unit as long as there is one available.
This resort, BONNET CREEK, is actually inside the Disney property entrance. Disney owns thousands of acres. Bonnet Creek is next to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. There is a free shuttle to Disney Parks. But I recommend a rental car. It is 20 miles from Orlando Airport. Cabfare will be $60-$90 each way. You can see the fireworks at Epcot from the units that have balconys. There is no guarantee to get a balcony unit for discount reservations. The resort has supervised activities for the kids plus activities and parties for the adults. There are two snack bars next to the pools. If you are comparing rates with the Disney resorts, be sure you compare to their 1 and 2 bedroom suites, not their hotel rooms. There is a BIG difference.
The resort itself is designed in a beautiful Tuscan Villa style. The resort now has 4 pools, two with lazy rivers and one with a slide, plus a play ground right in the pool. There is also an "adult" pool and several hot tubs. Inside the lobby area is a video game room, a billiards room, a computer center, and a gaming area.
Each unit has a washer and dryer, full kitchen with high end appliances. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The 2-bedroom units have 2 baths and can sleep eight. The 3 bedroom units have 2 baths and sleep ten. The 4 bedroom units have 4 baths and sleep twelve. The 4 bedroom units are penthouses on the top floor of each building. Unfortunately, the Penthouses are NEVER available during the discount period.
The concierge can get tickets to all the parks and attractions, but the discounts to Disney are minimal. There is 24 hour housekeeping and maintenance for emergencies. BUT THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. This is a resort, not a hotel. Weekly rates are below. Housekeeping fees included. During Prime Season, only 3, 4, and 7 night stays are available checking in or out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. High and Value Season are more flexible. WEEKEND (Fri and Sat)RATES ARE ALMOST DOUBLE WEEKDAY RATES.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: If you are not a Wyndham timeshare owner, you are a guest of an owner. Wyndham now charges $129 guest registration fees that are not refundable.
1. This is a timeshare resort. It is set up for weekly check-ins based upon Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday stays. If you are requesting a reservation that is different from those dates, your reservation may have to be made under two different "check-in" weeks. This will require two guest reservation fees of $129 each.
2. The 25-50% discount only applies to reservations made 60 days OR LESS before check-in. That means "last minute" vacations.
3. There is limited availability during the discount periods. If you have your heart set on a certain date, it may no longer be available during the discount period.
4. My prices are not negotiable, not even for multiple units.
