Mara Vista is a gorgeous, newly built home located in the neighborhood beach community of Inlet Beach, FL. Inlet Beach is located just 10 miles west of Panama City Beach and directly to the east of Rosemary Beach, FL. See for yourself what makes this area known to be home to "the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches". We have WiFi and a computer for your use.
Inlet Beach has 3 dedicated beach access boardwalks on a 19 acre park. The closest boardwalk is a short 5-minute walk from the house. There are also miles of bike paths leading to restaurants, shopping and activities.
Mara Vista is a 5000 square foot, 6 bedroom home with game room, outdoor kitchen, and morning kitchen/wet bar on third floor. A cook's dream with Wolf oven, commercial refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machines, triple sink plus prep sink and dinner service for 20 including plates, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. The home is fully furnished with brand new furniture, 2 flat panel TVs, DVD player, Xbox and Atari 3600. Luxury sheets and plush bath towels are provided.
There is one king bed in the master bedroom, a crib in the nursery just off the Master Bedroom, 1 Queen in Bedroom 4, 1 Queen in Bedroom 3, a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top in Bedroom 2, 2 Queens in Bedroom 1 and 2 queen sleeper sofas. There is also 1 Full size bed in the pool house.
Our home features a private pool with theraputic whirlpool. The pool house has an open air kitchen, equiped with refrigerator, ice machine, gas cooktop, and a pool bathroom with shower. The 6th bedroom is located in the pool house and has it's own private bathroom. There is a charge of $100 per day for heat to the whirlpool and pool.
Huge wrap around balconies on the second and third floors are made for watching beautiful sunsets. You can see for miles from the third floor balcony. Lots of large windows and French doors lead to the balconies and pool, with comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing. The Mara Vista is truly a "beauty by the sea".

Why the Owner Chose Inlet Beach
We built this house as a gathering place to vacation with our family and friends and knew we would be able to create many beach memories. Inlet Beach is a quiet neighborhood community perfectly located between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Gorgeous sunsets from our house. It is nice to take a walk to the beach, and come back to the house and rinse off in the pool. Inlet Beach is great for biking and walking.

My family just return from a week at this house there was 13 of us 9 adults and 4 children from 75 to 2 years old.We had a wonderful time and this house is amazing there is room for everyone the kitchen has everything you may ever need,it's close to restaurants short drive to Destin to the outlet mall.The house was clean.I have already told others about the property.The owners were great to work with responded to every need we had very fast.We could not have ask for a better house and owners to work with.Hope to have the pleasure of staying at this house again.The Yeager's-Roper's-Miller's-Morgan's.GREAT HOUSE.

We recently brought 4 families with kids down, for a total of 15 people. There was plenty of room. The home is beautiful on a large lot with plenty of gated (kid proof) porches and a large pool. The bedrooms were spread out, which made everyone feel they had private space. When we told the owners we didn't have enough towels, they had them delivered that day. The house is at the end of a dead end street, so our little kids could ride their bikes without any traffic. Plenty of parking space. Kitchen was well stocked. Great place, we will rent again.
