  I rented this home just last week for my Golf groups annual Chillidippers Golf Trip. We had 6 people and were accomodated with every amenity one could ask for. We cooked every night in the top of the line kitchen or on the Gas grill. We played poker at either the poker table downstairs or the dining table upstairs. We all fit in the living room to gather for each days events or just to watch TV. This house can accomodate many more peopl then we had plus there is an apartment in the pool house which is simply awesome. Many TV's, bathrooms, and extra accomodations. The MASTER suite is a dream! It is enornmous and takes up the entire third floor which can be accessed by stairs or elevator. It is complete with bedroom, sitting area, wet bar, office/nursery, huge closet, and the very upscale bathroom for even the most descerning guest. In addition the view from the private deck with simply take your breath away... The home is very well appointed, great finishes, and many different areas to entertain, sleep, gather, or play for any age of person. Access to the beach is so very close and the location just off of 30A is perfect for those wishing to explore the area, Destin or PCB. Nearby, is a bar/lounge called Sahdes at the Loop which is pleastly nice and has a nice atmosphere and menu. Lasty, Geroge and Adrienne, are a dream to work with. Great with communication and home description. I called 2-3 times during my stay to ask some questions and they were so nice and informative. They were a real plaeasure to work with and if I or we ever come back to Destin, This is the only place I will stay. Simply, just a great home and so worth every penny!!   This house boasts a chef's kitchen, close beach access and a great layout that makes vacationing with a large group an easy venture (lots of unique spaces). Every time a member of our party went to look for something, we found it in spades. Plenty of lounge chairs? Check. Ice maker? Double check. Supplies for cooking? Triple check! The home has a great layout with a bright and clean decor -- it's beachy, but tasteful .We had a couple of problems and they were quickly addressed. The owners were very accessible and made it much easier than dealing with a rental company. We would love to come back!

  Just return from our 2nd stay at this home and it was great. Has a great pool.Owners are great to work with.House is large and has room for everyone we were a family of 16 staying the week.Has a great kitchen.You will feel right at home.Close to the beach and shopping and a short drive to the outlet mall in Destin.Very close to many great restaurants.

  This was our 2nd stay in two years at this home. The house is great for our large group of multiple families. The owner is accessible and helpful. The home is beautiful and large. The lot it sits on is big with a nice sized pool. We had one day where the pool looked cloudy, and we contacted owners to let them know. They informed us pool service was scheduled for later in the week... Then later that day the pool guy arrived and got the pool looking great again. When our group left this time, we all mentioned how well this house worked for us. We will be back.

  Just got back from a weeks vacation at Mara Vista. It was perfect. The house is incredible. The entire third floor of the house is the master bedroom, with an amazing deck and view. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Everything is beautifully furnished and well taken care of. You can tell that the owners take great pride in this home. Speaking of the owners, they were so helpful in getting the pool heat turned on so that my 6 year old wouldn't freeze. The house is a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This part of the beach is so nice and quiet. The water is a little rougher than I would have liked with my 2 little girls, but they still had a blast. I think there were at most 5 other families on that stretch of beach at any given time, so you have lots of room to run and play. I cannot recommend this house enough . We plan on coming back next year again.

  We all had a GREAT vacation at Mar Vista. The entire house was VERY nice and clean. We had 10 adults and 8 children (ages 4 to 18) and had plenty of space. Having a living room area on two levels was nice. Kids could hang out downstairs and adults could enjoy conversation in the other living room. Wish the house was a little closer to the beach . You can see the ocean from the top balcony. My niece loved the little bed in the closet on the main level bedroom (what a unique idea). Also the top floor bedroom is very big all the extra space is unbelievable also the extra bunk room in there is nice. The outside open kitchen area and bathroom was great to have right by the pool area. Can't say enough good things about the house.

  My family just return from a week at this house there was 13 of us 9 adults and 4 children from 75 to 2 years old.We had a wonderful time and this house is amazing there is room for everyone the kitchen has everything you may ever need,it's close to restaurants short drive to Destin to the outlet mall.The house was clean.I have already told others about the property.The owners were great to work with responded to every need we had very fast.We could not have ask for a better house and owners to work with.Hope to have the pleasure of staying at this house again.The Yeager's-Roper's-Miller's-Morgan's.GREAT HOUSE.

  We recently brought 4 families with kids down, for a total of 15 people. There was plenty of room. The home is beautiful on a large lot with plenty of gated (kid proof) porches and a large pool. The bedrooms were spread out, which made everyone feel they had private space. When we told the owners we didn't have enough towels, they had them delivered that day. The house is at the end of a dead end street, so our little kids could ride their bikes without any traffic. Plenty of parking space. Kitchen was well stocked. Great place, we will rent again.
