Cape Coral is located west of Fort Myers. With more than 400 miles of canals, Cape Coral is also called the "Venice of America." Our home is riverfront, located in the Yacht Club area on the Intercoastal Waterway, the Caloosahatche River. Our property also connects with the Nassau Canal, which can be a fishermen dream.
This home is just 20 minutes from Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, and Fort Myers Airport. The Yacht Club Marina is minutes away. The Marina has a beach, pool, tennis courts, and a boat ramp available. Golfers can choose from more than 30 courses close to home. Cape Coral opened a new water park for the children.
The home has 2400 square feet of living area with 15 feet of pocket sliding doors that open to a 1200 square feet lanai with a solar heater and heat pump for the pool. There are two master suites that both have a view of the River. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
