Entertain from the marvelous, completely remodeled, beautiful maple wood kitchen. With everything included a host could want: stove with integrated grill, an extra bar sink, large double sink, fridge with ice maker and tons of storage space. The gorgeous bar counter opens to the family room and can easily seat six. The family room sports an entertainment center with yet another BIG SCREEN TV. The grand brickstone fireplace makes a focal point for additional seating arrangements. Of course there is a formal dining room, complete with a mirrored wall and a beautiful view of the lush backyard. The backyard is huge and accessible from the family room which opens onto a patio with a Barbecue grill.
The first floor also offers one bedroom (queen) and a full bathroom. The second floor features a separate master wing on one side of the house with master suite (king), a 32-inch TV, seating area, a walk-in closet and a master bath suite. A classic hardwood-floored seating room opens to the entry hall with its masterful staircase. Two more bedrooms (queen, two full) and a full bathroom adjoin the seating area.
A completely secluded property on almost an acre. A driveway with large palm trees on both sides--feel like a movie star--a minute away from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. And yet within the world-famous Sandestin Resort.
