The Master Bedroom has a new king-sized Serta bed, dresser with mirror, two night stands, TV and large double closet with Master Bath, two sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with two lounge chairs. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds with a bureau, desk, chair with a large closet and an adjacent separate bathroom. A Dell Optimum computer is available for your use. Both bedrooms offer privacy since there is a door to the entryway of the bedroom area.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave with plenty of room should you care to cook.
The villa is on one story so no need to climb stairs should grandparents be coming along.
Our professionally decorated villa, is located in the Queens Grant section of Palmetto Dunes. It is only a ten-minute walk to the Beach and a three-minute walk to the Queens Grant complex pool. The Palmetto Dunes Complex is centrally located within a ten-minute walk of the luxurious Mariott oceanfront hotel, near Shelter Cove Harbor as well as the Shelter Cove mall. A Dunes buggy operates from March 21-September 10 and will shuttle you throughout the complex including the Harbor and mall. Just call for a pick up outside your door.
