The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with a king-sized bed, TV, large double closet and a Master Bath. Two sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with lounge chairs. The Guest Bedroom is also fully furnished with two twin beds, TV, a large closet and an adjacent separate bathroom. A Dell Optimum computer with wi-fi access is available for your use. Each bedroom offers sufficient privacy from the living room area.
Our newly renovated kitchen has a granite counter-top, solid wood cabinets, and is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils should you decide to cook at home. The front loading washer/dryer can handle any laundry needs. The spacious dining room area seats eight comfortably.
The villa is a one story unit so no need to climb stairs should grandparents be coming along.
Our professionally decorated villa, is located in the Queens Grant section of Palmetto Dunes. It is only a ten-minute walk to the Beach, five minute walk to the Trent Jones golf course or tennis complex and a three-minute walk to the Queens Grant complex pool. The Palmetto Dunes Complex is centrally located within a ten-minute walk of the luxurious Marriott oceanfront hotel and restaurants, near Shelter Cove Harbor activities as well as the Shelter Cove mall. The "Palmetto Dunes Buggy" is a free shuttle service which operates between March 21-September 10 to bring you throughout the complex including Shelter Cove Harbor and mall. Just call to be picked up outside your door.
