Two restaurants nearby ( 30 meters on the beach ) - 4 min drive to La Canada Shoping Center ( biggest in Costa del Sol ) - 3 min drive to downtown Marbella or walk on the beach.
Very well connected to nearby towns and cities, - just 8 minutes from Puerto Banus, and 30 minutes from Malaga international airport.
It's recommended that you rent a car ( parking is available on the street and underground parking free of charge).

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to have a landscaped, completely fenced yard right on the shore. The beach was not crowded at all and it was nice not to have to get in the car or walk across a busy road to get to the beach. The apartment was well-stocked, clean and convenient. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Marbella, this place is not for you, but if you want peace and space, then I highly recommend this place. Marbella is a long walk or short drive away for supplies and restaurants although there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. George was gracious and available for any needs. We definitely hope to stay here again!Owner response: many thanks

Wir haben zehn sehr schöne und vor allem erholsame Tage in diesem Appartment verbracht. Morgens bei Meeresrauschen zu frühstücken ist schon etwas tolles. Das Appartment an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in wirklich größer als die Bilder dies vermitteln. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der tropische Garten läst einem denken man wäre irgendwo in der Karibik. Der direkte Strandzugang ist klasse, morgens vor dem Frühstück einen Strandspaziergang zu machen um die Morgensonne zu genißen ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. George ist sehr nett und hilfreich und immer bereit zu helfen oder fragen zu beantworten.. Den letzten Stern habe ich nicht vergeben, weil ich denke dass defekte Gartenstühle und ein alter Grill nicht in den Garten gehören sondern in den Müll. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement en juillet 2012. L appartement est très sombre (une baie vitrée dans le salon, pas de fenêtre dans la cuisine, ni dans la salle de bain et une petite lucarne dans une des deux chambres à coucher) et cela ne se voit pas bien sur les photos, puisqu'elles ont été réalisées par un photographe. L appartement sent très fort l humidité et c est fort désagréable. Il se trouve également à côté de l entrée principale de l urbanizacion et le soir les enfants se retrouvent la pour crier, s amuser, jouer au foot contre les murs de l appart jusque très tard dans la nuit!!!!! Comme l appart est très mal isolé vous pouvez également suivre les conversations des voisins du dessus. En conclusion, ne pensez pas pouvoir vous reposer ici pendant les mois de juillet et août. Seul point positif, la plage se trouve à une minute et vous pouvez déjeuner ou dîner dans des restaurants se trouvant sur la plage sans avoir à prendre la voiture. par contre aucun commerce aux alentours, il faut impérativement prendre la voiture.
