Great house for large groups!

We rented this house for 3 families and could have easily brought along additional people. The house is very spacious, three floors and parking underneath. The back porches overlook the marsh and our group loved the sunsets and fishing. The beach is an easy walk across the street and the pool is just a few steps away. The kitchen is very large with plenty of counter space and well stocked with everything needed. The gameroom is large and we used the laundry room several times during our stay. The pier is very close and the entire area has lots of things to keep people busy. The owner is very attentive and works hard to make sure all of your needs are met. In fact, we booked this house (we had narrowed our choice down to 3) because of her excellent communication while researching sites. The owner was also very responsive once we arrived to make sure all expectations were met. We would highly recommend this home, the house layout, easy walk to the ocean and just overall location were excellent.

We had a great time at Cayman Villas E. Very nice accomadations with plenty of room for the nine guys we had down for the trip. The house is conveniently located and has all the amentities needed. I would definately recommend this house for a family or large group.

We just stayed for President's Day weekend. The house has a perfect set up for a large crowd. The common areas are on the first floor so there is plenty of privacy on the bedroom floors above. There is a nice marsh view from all the porches and an easy walk to the beach. Kelley was very accommodating and very nice to work with. The house was clean and well stocked with many things beach rentals don't always have. We're making our family reunion an annual event and have already booked Cayman E for next year.

This was a perfect idea of getting the family together and to escape the cooler weather of New England. Spacious, convenient and the perfect house for getting 16 family members together. Quiet area, right across from the beach..........I would highly recommend the condo to anyone.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

My family from Boston, Florida, and Columbia came to this house in Cherry Grove to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed many features of this house. We used the porches that had a wonderful view of the marshes. The kitchen had all our necessary accessories needed for our daily living. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room was also spacious and had a big TV for us to watch movies. The game room had a pool table, which we used frequently. Even though it was somewhat chilly the pool and beach were comfortable and had easy access. Lastly the house was well kept and clean. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a vacation house for a large group of people.

50th Wedding (Family) Vacation

Our family came together to celebrate our 50th aniversary and a grand time was had by all -10 adults and 10 children from ages of 7 to 16 years old. The house was just perfect and had everything required to make our stay very enjoyable from the the pool table to a large screen TV for the children's electronic games. The location to the beach and general children activities along with golf for the adults was just perfect. Transportation to and from major interstate highways was very direct and accomodating. We look forwar to a return visit in the near future.

We rented the house for a group of 9 men to get together and play golf, fish and watch the ACC basketball tournament. First time in this house but we have been coming to Cherry Grove for years to do the same. The house suited our needs very well. Only 2 men had to share a bedroom and they used one of the bedrooms that had both a king and a queen bed in it. The living area was big enough for all of us to get together and the house was well equipped. Nice pool table which we used some. Owner proved a lot of help being sure we knew what was where, recommended resturants, etc. which would be great for first timers in the area. Owner answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. You can easily walk to the pier for fishing. Only negative was no one was catching any fish when we were fishing. Guess that's why they call it fishing instead of catching. Everyone said they would like to rent it for our 2011 trip. Didn't use the pool. Too cold and was closed for the winter. Except for those that went to the pier we didn't bother with the beach either but it is just across the street and behind the ocean front homes and condos. If you have any questions, just ask the owner.

Caymen E was a terrific place for our company's off-site team building meeting. The space accommodated our group with the living area used for our meeting room and the bonus area used as our break-out room for team activities. The kitchen and dining area was very accommodating also. The home owner provided a contact for catering and all of our meals were catered with the exception of dinner. Great place for an office meeting. Large rooms, clean and open. We'll use this facility again!

The house is great for a large group! It was spacious and nicely decorated. We had a group of 22 and still didn't feel "crammed in". Beach access was very easy. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Family from Boston to Florida gathered at this fabulous house in Cherry Grove. 16 of us total. Couldn't of asked for a better location. Porches that face the beautiful marsh... walk across the street to the beach. The house was equiped with everything we could of needed to make this a special Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything including huge fridge and freezer !! Bedrooms were spacious and comfy; and all had their own TV's. Several had their own balcony facing the marsh. Open floor plan in the kitchen and living room made it great for relaxing, watching movies, playing Wii. And don't forget the pool table....which got a lot of use. I never met the owner, but I feel like I have. She was absolutely great to deal with. I would recommend this house to anyone ! My family is already talking about going back next year. Thank you Kelley for a Great Thanksgiving !!

This is a fabulous house sitting on the most gorgeous marsh and directly across from the ocean. The views were always changing and most interesting. The walk to the beach is about one minute. The house has every appointment you could imagine including a large flat screen TV, DVD player(s) and other TVs in every bedroom, regulation pool table and more. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. I was pleasanlty suprised to find the kitchen was so well equiped. This is just a great house, Can't wait to go back.

18 GUY FISHING TRIP

Cayman Villas was the perfect spot for our annual fishing trip this pas October. We had about 18 guys and the place was more than spacious enough for us all to hang out even when we were all downstairs. The design of the bedrooms with the kin beds that make two was perfect for sleeping on in thier own bed and we had more fun in the game room playing pool than anythingh. This place was absolutely great and had everything we needed. We will definately be back and will recomend this home to the girls when they go for thie rannual girls trip.

We were at your Beach house the weekend after Labor Day for a family reunion. What a great time of rest and relaxation. Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of privacy, accomodations were excellent. Beds were super comfortable. The most convenient location for walking the beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, we will be back again and tell all our friends and family. Thanks so much for making this a comfortable home away from home!!!

Great spacious condo with 8 bedrooms...room for all..we had the vacation of a lifetime and will be back for more...beautiful, relaxing beach is right across the street....Owner really good to work with ... Quiet area but not a long ride to shopping and entertainment...would recommend it for family ,,,friend and corporate retreats... Came back home on Saturday but wish we were still there!!!

Perfect home for a large group! 4 families with 13 teenagers loved the location, the short walk to the beach and the marsh views from the back decks. Great kitchen...we enjoyed the house so much we never left to eat a meal in a restaurant. Each family took a night to prepare a meal. Plenty of room for all! House was so large it never seemed as though that many people were staying there. Our kids even commented that you never knew where everyone was because it was so soundproof and large. Very accommodating and inviting.

I just wanted to let you know what a great place your Cayman Villas E unit is for our group. Our golf group has a great time at the course, and when it is time to come and settle in your place is perfect. The 8 bedrooms provided private bedrooms for each golfer and the living areas were perfect for relaxing, trash talking, watching TV or playing pool. The location is very convenient to many of the courses we play and the local restaurants were very nice. But, your great hospitality and customer service is another reason we will continue to come back to your place next year. Thanks for everything and I look forward to our 2010 visit.

Wow, what a wonderful beach home! It was so nicely decorated and had such a well equiped kitchen...better than any other beach rental we have stayed in. Everything was very clean and well kept. A group of eight women members of a book club spent a "Girl's Weekend" in this wonderful home. It was perfect for our group to gather for fun conversation, cooking and walking the beach. The sleeping rooms were more than adequate for our small group. Since there are so many things to do in the area a rainy afternoon did not spoil the weekend. We plan to make our weekend getaway an annual event.

Seven families got together at this property to celebrate Thanksgiving in a non-traditional way/location. The property was veryclean, accommodating and met all of our expectations. We had plenty of seating, the furniture was in great shape and the bedrooms were a great size. The owners went over and beyond our expectation to make sure that we had all of the items that we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The close proximity to the beach and fishing pier was a plus and an incentive to rent from the owners of this property again in the future.

Our family stayed at Cayman E during the last week of June 2008 . Of all the Cayman villas we stayed this is the nicest and cleanest .The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable . The next time we come back to Cayman Villa this house will be our first choice .

Excellent unit for large groups. - Nice pool area. - Easy access to ocean and beach. My group of 12 golfers had tons of room to "escape" and the unit had a very nice kitchen and rec room with pool table. We were all very happy during our stay.

My family of 21 stayed at this home. It was by far the nicest house we have ever rented. The view off the back deck was priceless. There was enough room for all of us to have our own space when needed. The decor in the house was absoulutely wonderful and made the house feel very inviting. We were all very comfortable and hated to leave. I'm sure anyone who rents this home will greatly enjoy it.
