Private sandy beach in desirable Skyland, just one mile north of Zephyr Cove. This house has been completely rebuilt. The pictures on this site of this house have not been updated. It features over 6,000 square feet of living space in luxurious vintage Tahoe style. This is THE home on the lake for entertaining and comfort.
It features 5 bedrooms, each with their owns bathrooms. Three rooms have king beds and balconies overlooking the Lake; the master suite has its own fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms have twin beds in each room. In addition to the five bedrooms, there is one very large kids' room, with four sets of bunk beds, featuring its own bathroom and foosball table.
The living space in this house is simply exquisite. Large formal living room is reminiscent of vintage Tahoe living, with a large stone fireplace and views overlooking Lake Tahoe.
Formal dining room accommodates 12 people for a sit-down dinner.
The chef's kitchen features top of the line appliances, including an extra large refrigerator and freezer, large island with built -in range and griddle, two dishwashers, two trash compactors, built-in Miele coffee machine, ice maker, and mini-refrigerator for wine and beer.
Off the gourmet kitchen is a breakfast nook and, for your entertainment, a game room with a dart board and large shuffleboard table.
A family room off the game room for quiet movie-watching and two laundry rooms, one on each floor, finish off this house.
There is an elevator, two sets of stairways, and another one and half bathrooms downstairs.
The backyard features its own private beach on Lake Tahoe, protected by a rock jetty to maximize your swimming delight. You can barbecue on the patio while your guests swim in the protected waters, all on your own private beach.
