  I would recommend this property to family and friends. It's clean, well-maintained, attractive, and close to Disney and all the amenities you could need. It's close to outlet shopping, malls, restaurants and grocery stores. Tons of space to accomodate families and/or groups of friends. 10 minutes to Disney parks. A relaxing place to start and end your day. The pool is large, tons of space for sitting outside, dining or lounging. Toys for the pool. Huge games room. TVs in every room. Comfortable furniture. Clean and attractive interior. Short walk to the club house. A great place to spend your vacation.

  Our stay at Leslie & Mario's Disney Magic Vacation Villa was Awesome!!!! We loved it for a number of reasons: 1. location: Only 10 minutes from Disney!!! Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping!!! Close enough to the airport and even Tampa & Legoland approx. 45 mins away!!! 2. Pool: Having your own pool made it easy to entertain the children. The Hot Tub was actually hot not pool temp!!! The kids also enjoyed the games room in the garage!!! 3. The house itself is well kept...it was so clean when we arrived (lots of sheets & towels). It was also great having access to our own washer and dryer!!! Great decor in the house. It was plenty of big for our three families (6 adults and three children) to stay comfortably!!! 4. BBQ included...what a bonus...we have stayed in houses where we had to pay extra to rent the BBQ!!! 5. Leslie provided awesome information making it easy to access Winsor Palms and the house when we first got there!!! Leslie was very easy to deal with...very helpful!!! 6. Winsor Palms is a beautiful community...the grounds are amazing!!! We enjoyed the house so much that we did not use the community facilities. We would definitely make this our first choice for accommodations when we travel to Florida again!!! Thanks so much!!!!

  Hi Leslie - We had such a fabulous time in FLA at the house. It was so nice having the house to come home to after long days at Disney for home-cooked meals and to put the kids to bed and sit by the pool, go for a late night swim or watch a movie. It was perfect!

  I booked our DIsney vacation on line, I have used Home Away in the past with excellent results. This time was no different, Leslie made it easy. She was accommodating with our schedule and helped me make plans for our stay. We arrived late, and the condo was absolutely ready, beds made and porch light was on. Especially nice since there were nine of us, two under 10 years old. The condo was well furnished and appealing, the kitchen appliances in excellent condition, beds comfortable, pool warm and hot tub ready. The locale was readily assessable to shopping for groceries, gifts and large selection of restaurants were nearby. Only 15 minutes from Disney as Leslie predicted, easy to get to and made it great for returning to rest between activities for all of us. The weather was cool but condo temp comfortable and relaxing to return to. Leslie checked in with me before, during and after our stay to make sure our accommodations were OK. The lease signing and communication extremely easy. I felt like Leslie really cared about us and our stay. Thanks for sharing your home. Linda

  Leslie - What a great vacation! My husband & I & our 5 boys just returned from our trip to Florida & Disney while staying in your home & we could not have been happier. Your home is beautiful & comfortable, it suited us perfectly. Our boys had fun in your game room & we all enjoyed both the house pool & clubhouse pool. It was so nice to be able to come 'home' after a long day at Disney & spread out & relax. And having all the amenities of home - the kitchen for meals, washing machine etc. definitely saved us time & money. We have been to Disney before & always have stayed at a hotel both on & off site, but will not be doing that anymore, we have found our new Disney home! Thank-you so much for a great vacation home to use & for such a smooth process in booking. We cannot wait until we return! Thank-you again, I truly mean every word. We absolutely loved it & had a great great time!

  Hi Leslie! So our vacation was awesome, just won’t drive to Florida again (too long). House was great…..Good size, plenty of space. Personally I loved everything; the converted the garage to a games room / Washing machine room, the heated pool/Jacuzzi, TV’s in every room. I have been socializing your house to everyone I speak to at work. Thank you for everything and if we go to Florida again, I will definitely request your house accommodations.

  We stayed at this lovely villa for a 3 week getaway in June. We were just looking to relax and that is exactly what we did ..... next to the pool! We loved the fact that you can't see any neighbours in the back of the house and we spent many days (and nights) lounging by the pool and spa. The house was extremely clean and the beds are comfy ..... two things very important to us. Also important was the peace of mind of staying in a gated community with 24 hour security. Between the time of our booking and our arrival the decor in the house was updated and it looks great. From the flat screen TVs in every room to a fully equipped kitchen ...... we didn't miss a thing. Although we didn't visit Disney this trip (it was adults only) we noticed that the entry gates were just next door. That was good to discover because now we're staying again in the Spring when we bring our grandkids to Disney. If you like to shop, like we do, the Orlando Premium Outlets are closeby!!

  We had such an amazing stay at your home! The community grounds were beautiful! The house was very clean and spacious, six adults and 2 children stayed there very comfortably. It had everything we could have possibly needed, plus some extras. We all loved the pool, and the men especially liked the pool table! The location of the house is great, being only minutes from all the major parks. Overall, our stay was excellent! The only thing that could have made our vacation better was if we had more time there to enojy it! Hoping to return in the future!
