Great two story on a great part of the lake. Everything about this house is large, as it should be in Texas. The house is 2400 square feet with a 42-foot-long great room with windows that expand the entire length looking out on a magnificent view of the lake. The bedrooms are large as are the baths and the kitchen. Even the pier and dock are large, covering 1500 square feet.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a double-size bed and a full size couch/futon and the other two twins. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a king-size bed. A full bath is next to this bedroom and a half bath is off the utility/laundry room.
The great room has two couches, one is a sectional with a sleeper sofa and two recliners and the other is a sleeper sofa. A large dining table is at one end and a bumper pool/poker table at the other. Step out of the bedrooms upstairs onto a balcony that runs the length of the house overlooking the great room. Just outside the great room a covered porch expands the length of the house where it sits high above the yard and looks out on the lake. A roll-away bed and a number of extra mattresses are available at the house for additional sleeping arrangements.
The pier extends 100 feet out into the lake. A sun deck, boat lift, rope swing, and large covered deck make days on the water fun for all ages. The water is about three-and-one-half feet deep at the bulkhead and about five-and-one-half feet deep at the end of the pier (normal lake level only). Fishing is always great off the pier and it is refreshing to take a dip in the lake during those warm summer days. Waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing are great right out front as this area is protected from the dominant southeast breeze during the warmer months.
Families only! You must be over 25 to rent. No loud parties as this is a quiet community. Linens and paper goods are not provided.
