NEW THIS WINTER A PRIVATE HOT TUB!
We would like to welcome you to share our house and fantastic mountain experience. Our house is nestled in the woods at
10,000 feet above sea level. It has a fenced yard and wraparound deck that faces the Ten Mile Range. Imagine sitting in any chair in the open living room/dining room area and feeling like you were in a tree house seeing only the higher mountain peaks.
In winter, the skiing is close with five major ski areas within ten miles. Breckenridge ski area is two miles from the house.
Summer the hiking starts at the end of the street and frequent visitors include fox, coyotes, moose, bears, and an occasional reclusive mountain lion.
Join us for an experience second to none.

We were able to enjoy this beautiful place for an entire month this summer, and will always be grateful to the owner for letting us be guests in her wonderful home. This is a unique, spacious home with a large, secure, fenced in yard for your 4 legged friends. We were able to bring all three of our dogs, and they loved it as much as we did. Beautiful views from all the living room windows and large upper decks. Owner is easy to work with and provides great information to get you started to help explore the area of Peak 7. There is lots of storage for your outdoor “toys.” Enjoy endless hiking, trail running and biking trails just outside your front door. Don’t leave the home without the camera since the scenery on Peak 7 is amazing, and area wildlife may appear at any time during your outdoor activities. Friendly, courteous neighbors provide local knowledge of the area which is always a plus. This is not a “tourist cluttered”, area…peaceful and quiet, but only minutes away if you want to join “in-town” activities . A car is a must. However, you can ride your bicycle to town faster than by car :-) Going up is a different story, but take the free Gondola (they take your bikes), then hop on Peaks Trail for a short mile ride back to your front door.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I stayed here last summer with my husband, teenager and 2 little girls and dog. My brother in law and his wife and baby joined us for a few days. The cabin was great, and the owner was easy to work with. It's in a quiet neighborhood with great views. There was a really nice trail at the end of the street that we all biked or walked on every day.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
