This condo is nice in the pictures, and MUCH NICER in person. We were quite surprised at how much roomier it is, the pictures make it seem smaller but it is not small. Betsy is wonderful to deal with and answered all of my questions very promptly. The balcony view is breath taking.. no really it is! We really loved the area, even in mid July it wasn't as crowded as you'd expect. The condo is conveniently located so that restaurants and shopping are close (but not too close). All in all, we had a really wonderful time and had no wants/needs or complaints while we were there. Thanks Betsy!

You cannot go wrong, deal directly with the owners and you'll be just fine. Vacation is twice as good looking right out on the beach. It is a great place for kids. He bubkbeds built into the hallway plus the master bedroom was just fine for our family of 5. We did not feel cramped.

My family just got back from the most INCREDIBLE vacation in Destin. Let me first say that the pictures do not even do this condo justice, because it was so much bigger than we had anticipated. It was just gorgeous, clean and very spacious. It easily can accomodate 5 people, as there is the master bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway, and the sofa bed in the living room, along with 2 spacious bathrooms. The balcony was my favorite part, as it was huge and gave the most amazingly beautiful view of everything...waking up to the turquoise water of the ocean and ending the night watching the rainbow of sunsets was such a memorable experience for my family. There was a full array of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, towels, sheets, extra blankets, extra pillows...you name it. Everything we could possibly need we had available to us. I was blown away and that isn't easy for me usually! :) The owner was incredibly easy to work with - made the whole process seamless for us. I just cannot praise this review enough...and the best compliment I can give is that we plan on being regulars time and time again. Definitely worth every cent!! We cannot wait to return! Thanks so much.

We stayed here the week of July 10th. The beaches were beautiful! There was no oil on the beaches during our stay. The water was clear and many shades of blue. This condo was beautiful also. It had a great view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. The condo was decorated very nicely and up to date! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation on the beach! The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing we missed having was a grill to cook out on in the evenings. If there was a grill, no one knew where it was on the property. Betsy - Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to return to paradise someday soon!

My family and I stayed here last summer and our stay at this condo was wonderful! We have stayed at other condos at Majestic but this by far is our favorite! Great accomodations.

We've been to Destin several times over the past 4 years and the last was absolutely the best stay by far! The condo is well equipt and clean and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Also, the Majestic Sun is conveniently located, with Bay Towne Wharf, the outlets, several nice restaurants and grocery stores all within a 5 minute drive! I will definitely rent this condo again!!

We had a great time in Destin. The condo was perfect. Terrific views from the balconey. Great having the full kitchen to cook our meals (went to the seafood market everyday for fresh fish!) We loved our stay in your condo. The ocean views from the balcony and living room are superb. The sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed being able to simply walk across the street and be ON the beach. In the evenings we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The condo itself was well equipped and clean. Destin's seafood restaurants and other points of interest are nearby. We want to return again very soon and hope your unit will be available.

We just returned from a week of fun in the sun. The condo was everything that was promised and more. Great accomodations, and it was easy to deal with the owner and JME. No problems at all. We hope to rent this unit again next year. We liked how the balcony was open on two sides. This allowed for a great view of the sunsets. The unit was very clean, and in great shape. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and my wife liked having them close to our room. The Majestic Sun has to be one of the best places to stay in Destin. The pool area is very nice, and has a great view as well. We told several people about VRBO. The whole process and stay was great.
