Great condo for getaway with pet
Great condo for getaway with pet
We stayed at Ron's condo for the month of June 2013 and had a great time. Ron was responsive to our requests, especially appreciated when we managed to lock ourselves out the first day and also sprayed the condo the day after we contacted him about an ant problem. Our highlights were the great kitchen (gas stove a big plus) and the amenities. We brought our dog and there were plenty of doggie waste stations and other dog owners in the complex. As noted in another review, you do have to drive to another location to obtain a pool/gym/parking pass (about 10-15 minutes drive) but the people at the property management office were very nice and the process was quick. Security is always present on the property and will ask for your pass but they are friendly and their presence made us feel more safe. Condo and surrounding complex is very quiet, another plus. Contrary to other reviews we had no internet problems and the cable was adequate for our needs. Overall we enjoyed the space, thanks Ron! Only other comment would be that the pictures need to be updated, as the furniture and flooring seemed to have changed since some of the pics were taken (i.e. condo is all tiled in dining room and table/chairs not the same as what is in condo.)

We spent Jan. through Mar. at The Falls. Owner was always available to answer our questions and take care of any problems. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. The only problem we had was the wireless Internet didn't always work.

This unit and the rental process was not up to par. We dealt with a property manager who exhibited unprofessional behavior. On arrival, condo looked dirty, shower curtains were filthy, carpet old/nasty. The mount was there for a flat screen tv in the master, but no tv to be seen. All of the furniture was wobbly and one dining chair was broken. It was the oldest furniture I have ever seen. We were informed that only basic cable would be provided and if we wanted anything more, we would have to pay for it. The water heater burst and leaked all over living room; when I called to report he said I ruined his weekend (but he used profanity)! I had to spend a Friday nite watching a plumber & a water extraction team! Oh, and we had industrial sized fans blowing for 3 days and no hot water for 3 days b/c the fan blew out the pilot light and the property manager went out of town as soon as the plumber was at work replacing the heater. Also, the carpets and baseboards had to be ripped up and he actually wanted us to spend a couple more days out of our vacation supervising his workers! There was no iron/ironing board when we arrived (he begrudgingly brought these items over from his own house) and no coat hangers even, which would not be a problem if there was any storage like a chest of drawers, but alas there was not one drawer in any piece of furniture in the place. We bought hangers and left them behind, so enjoy. We also had to buy a battery for the smoke alarm and over 50% of the light bulbs were burned out. If you want to use the pool/gym or park in a covered spot, you must go to HOA, which is not on property and fill out forms/get your picture taken - this took 45 minutes. The unit was quiet, save for the 3 days of industrial fans and the AC which sounded like a 747 taking off. Part of this was b/c the other units around were empty - there are a lot of foreclosed units in this community. BUT, there is full-time security on staff that patrols 24/7. We were not afraid to stay here, so that's a plus. We were told we needed to leave the unit broom clean - funny b/c there was no broom in that unit and the vacuum did not work!

I rented the condo for a month-long stay to be close to my son and his family. I couldn't have chosen a better location. It was convenient to all possible needs. The condo and grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool and clubhouse are within steps of the condo. The owner is efficient, welcoming and responsive. I wish I could do it more often.

The apartment was exactly as pictured & described! Ron was a wonderful owner-anything which needed to be fixed was done immediately. I can only say that if you are intending to rent in Vegas for sever weeks or several months, you need look no further than this property. As The Terminator said: I'LL BE BACK!

We enjoyed our stay for the month of November and found this unit to be very nice. Our only complaints were that the fluorescent bulbs in all the lights made the rooms seem dark. Definitely not a fan of these new bulbs. The other issue was the fan that goes on to provide heat was very loud. This made us turn the TV volume up when the fan came on and down when it turned off. The unit is very well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and Ron was very accessable when questions needed to be asked. Our security deposit was refunded promptly and we would recommend this as a nice unit to stay at for any guests. We used the well equipped fitness center and the surrounding area has many stores and restaurants close by. There was no noise from any other units.

a great holiday getaway
a great holiday getaway
We loved the condo we rented for a month at Rhodes Ranch Falls. The unit was very clean and well maintained, with many additional comforts of home. The internet worked well, and was included in the rental price. Our unit was very close to the pools and exercise facility. The exercise equipment was first class. The pool area was beautiful, lots of lounges, chairs and tables. The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. We even had covered parking! Security was good too. Ron was excellent in all ways, organized, prompt, accommodating. Our DD was refunded promptly via Pay pal. The website provided accurate pictures. Rhodes Ranch Golf Course was great with just the right amount of challenge. We loved being in a quiet residential area, yet the action of the strip was just 15 minutes away. We can definitely recommend Rhodes Ranch Falls condo- we'll be back!

I've stayed at the Falls twice during travel for work, once for a month in '09 and more recently for 3 months this fall. The condo is clean and well appointed. Linens, kitchenware and cleaning supplies were provided. The gym is really nice, I didn't bother to join a gym during my stay. The pools are clean and well maintained, there is a bar-b-que area and a small basketball hoop as well. Security guards regularly patrol the grounds on foot and by bike and are available in the office to answer questions. I used the covered parking and had no problems getting my car in and out. Like I said this is my second stay at this property and I would recommend the condo and Ron as an owner. Ron is very trustworthy and easy to deal with. Payment was a breeze via paypal and communication was fast and efficient via phone or email. I received my deposit back within 3 hours of moving out! I highly recommend this rental!

We searched many sites when planning our 2 month get-away and security was a big issue for us. The Falls was just what the doctor ordered! Ron was great to work with, providing necessary information as well as an advanced promise of returned deposit if our plans fell through. I am glad to say that our plans did not fall through and we enjoyed our visit to the area. Everything you could want is so close by, from grocery, gas, fast food, coffee, shopping, you name it. Convenience, clean and quiet condo and a pleasant 'landlord'. Thanks Ron!
