The apartment was exactly as pictured & described! Ron was a wonderful owner-anything which needed to be fixed was done immediately. I can only say that if you are intending to rent in Vegas for sever weeks or several months, you need look no further than this property. As The Terminator said: I'LL BE BACK!

We enjoyed our stay for the month of November and found this unit to be very nice. Our only complaints were that the fluorescent bulbs in all the lights made the rooms seem dark. Definitely not a fan of these new bulbs. The other issue was the fan that goes on to provide heat was very loud. This made us turn the TV volume up when the fan came on and down when it turned off. The unit is very well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and Ron was very accessable when questions needed to be asked. Our security deposit was refunded promptly and we would recommend this as a nice unit to stay at for any guests. We used the well equipped fitness center and the surrounding area has many stores and restaurants close by. There was no noise from any other units.

I rented the condo for a month-long stay to be close to my son and his family. I couldn't have chosen a better location. It was convenient to all possible needs. The condo and grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool and clubhouse are within steps of the condo. The owner is efficient, welcoming and responsive. I wish I could do it more often.

We loved the condo we rented for a month at Rhodes Ranch Falls. The unit was very clean and well maintained, with many additional comforts of home. The internet worked well, and was included in the rental price. Our unit was very close to the pools and exercise facility. The exercise equipment was first class. The pool area was beautiful, lots of lounges, chairs and tables. The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. We even had covered parking! Security was good too. Ron was excellent in all ways, organized, prompt, accommodating. Our DD was refunded promptly via Pay pal. The website provided accurate pictures. Rhodes Ranch Golf Course was great with just the right amount of challenge. We loved being in a quiet residential area, yet the action of the strip was just 15 minutes away. We can definitely recommend Rhodes Ranch Falls condo- we'll be back!

I've stayed at the Falls twice during travel for work, once for a month in '09 and more recently for 3 months this fall. The condo is clean and well appointed. Linens, kitchenware and cleaning supplies were provided. The gym is really nice, I didn't bother to join a gym during my stay. The pools are clean and well maintained, there is a bar-b-que area and a small basketball hoop as well. Security guards regularly patrol the grounds on foot and by bike and are available in the office to answer questions. I used the covered parking and had no problems getting my car in and out. Like I said this is my second stay at this property and I would recommend the condo and Ron as an owner. Ron is very trustworthy and easy to deal with. Payment was a breeze via paypal and communication was fast and efficient via phone or email. I received my deposit back within 3 hours of moving out! I highly recommend this rental!

We searched many sites when planning our 2 month get-away and security was a big issue for us. The Falls was just what the doctor ordered! Ron was great to work with, providing necessary information as well as an advanced promise of returned deposit if our plans fell through. I am glad to say that our plans did not fall through and we enjoyed our visit to the area. Everything you could want is so close by, from grocery, gas, fast food, coffee, shopping, you name it. Convenience, clean and quiet condo and a pleasant 'landlord'. Thanks Ron!

We were first time "snowbirders" and what a great place to stay. The condo, pools and work out center was exactly what we were looking for. We spent 4 months in Ron's condo and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Everything was just as advetised. The pool and clubhouse are amazing. Our grandchildren visited while we were there and truly enjoyed the facilities. Ron was extremely helpful with an internet problem I experienced and always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to staying in the same unit next year.

Ron is the best! We enjoyed our visit so much that we kept extending our stay which lasted a total of 10 months. Condo was immaculate, comfortable, and has everything you need. There are 3 pools, a jacuzzi, a complete fitness center, and a gated entrance. Security staff are very nice. Location is convenient and in a safe area. My husband and I are looking forward to future visits.

This condo is located in a very nice complex; 3 beautiful pools, the gym exceeded our expectations. Ron pulled strings to make sure we had a ground floor unit since we could not climb stairs. No complaints whatsoever... I would rent again from Ron.

Just returned from 10 days at Ron's apartment and could not have been more pleased. Clean, neat, almost everything we needed (except Turkey roasting pan for Christmas Dinner!), good location with easy access to the strip and Henderson. I would recommend anytime as better than a hotel. Understand that pool and gym are not available for short term guests though, which wasn't a problem in December, but may be in summer.

I stayed in this apartment for 9.5 months. It was clean, comfortable, and had absolutely everything I could have needed, including a wonderful grocery store and full strip mall nearby. The trip to the strip is a breeze, the three levels of pools and gym are nice and very rarely populated. Also, Ron's cool.

The condo that we rented for the month of October was great! Clean,well appointed and centrally located. Ron was very knowledgeable in helping us locate local businesses for issues we needed to resolve while visiting Vegas. However, the unavailability of the pool during our stay was a definite negative! I realize this is not Ron's fault but an issue with the condo association...however, it is something that I will have to consider before staying there again.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the place. Nicely decorated, clean, and had everything I needed for a great vacation. Also was very easy to find, a pretty quick drive to the Strip (easy access to the highway), and close to all amenities. Using Paypal was also very convenient, and it was easy to contact Ron with any questions. Overall - great! Would stay there again for sure.

April 17, 2008 We just returned home from a fantastic month long holiday in Las Vegas. For the first, time we rented a condo at 9050West Warm Springs Ave, #1123 and it was great! What can we say? Absolutely perfect location (The Falls, lower ground apartment). Super clean, everything we needed and a good, fast journey to the strip, red rock canyon etc..... loads of local amenities and fabulous access to all major roads. Ron couldnt do enough for us to make sure that we were comfortable and relaxed. We will most certainly book here again (coming back to do the Grand Canyon next time). I can't say enough about the entire estate. It was a pleasure to live upon for two weeks of total perfection in comfort and security. No not even think twice about booking The Falls location - it is the BEST.

Clean, spacious, well-furbished and equipped with all the neat little things others would tend to forget. The Falls is in the southwest corner of Las Vegas, out of the center of town, but an easy trip to get back to the action. The condo stayed cool even on the hottest days. Ron made the process ofrenting easy. We would stay here, or in any of his places again, confident we would be treated fairly.

From the first moment I contacted Ron, I knew it was the right choice. We had the best time at Vegas mainly to the level of care and professionalism that was provided throughout our stay.
