This four bedroom three-story townhouse has 2,275 square feet, four baths, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a private two car garage. The master bath has marble tile, a rain shower and whirlpool tub.
The first floor bedroom has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and dining area for poolside refreshments and easy access to a bathroom.
We have free high speed internet with Comcast Cable so dad has no excuse not to come along.

There are only 14 townhomes in this complex sharing an enclosed courtyard and pool area. This an excellent place for Company meetings, family reunions or wedding parties. We have two townhouses facing each other in the courtyard. Great for large family groups.
The beach is a short walk (500 feet) away. Captain Anderson's, Schooner's and other favorite Panama City Beach restaurants are only a short drive from our townhome. Frank Brown park is only 10 miles away.
This is a fantastic vacation home at a great price.
