Why the Owner Chose Suches

Our cabin is located right next to the Appalachian Trail and bordering the national forest. We love hiking and decided on this location based on its proximity to the trail. It is located just off the trail in Henry Gap, which is between Woody Gap and Blood Mountain.

We spent a week at the cabin with our 4 boys. It was our most memorable vacation yet. We look forward to staying again. The cabin is spectacular and the surroundings are fabulous. The cabin was also very clean and well maintained. Tombo made sure we had everything we needed. The locals are friendly as well as welcoming. We would highly recommend this cabin to any of our friends and family.

The Trail Cabin

Guest: GG (Pooler, Georgia)
Date of Stay: 07/21/10 Review Submitted: 07/27/10

The listing description was completely accurate regarding the location. The cabin is the best one that we've stayed in. We hope to come again next year! The photos reflect the property's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained. Plus there were things at the cabin to be used in case of emergency. The owner was helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this cabin to our family and friends. This year our daughters came up with their children and met us up there. We would recommend hiking the AT, going to waterfalls, the park that is a couple of miles down the street. Also we would recommend going to Dahlonega.

As a repeat visitor to the North Georgia area, this cabin has become my favorite. I have stayed here numerous times with several different groups of friends. It is perfect for a cycling vacation which is what I love but also hiking, swimming, mt. biking, wine tasting or just relaxing. Everything you need is here and the cabin is just gorgeous. Lot's of fun for kids too. See ya'll soon, Carol
