Our Birch Bay vacation residence is a Fully furnished two story 1700 square foot home, nestled in point whitehorn, SW of Birch Bay and only 200 yards from the entrance of Birch bay State Park and Beach. You can experience the starry night time skies, and the and the State Park, only a few minutes away from the Birch Way board walk. Our home has three bedrooms, and can comfortably sleep 9 people.

We have a large combined dining and entertainment/living room with cathedral ceilings, perfect for a large family get together, or to simply enjoy the comforts of a home away from home.

For indoor entertainment, we have furnished the house with a 50in LCD HD TV entertainment system, that includes cable, VHS, DVD, Xbox 360 gaming with a built in library of games, and free streaming on demand movies from Netflix. We have a Netflix account attached to the Xbox 360 system, or you can elect to enter your own account information for the duration of your stay. We also have a broadband wireless network setup in the house for those with laptops, as well as a computer available in the house for your convenience.

We have a large open kitchen area complete with bar with barstools. Our kitchen comes complete with microwave, electric toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, rotisserie, breadmaker, and blender. Lots of counter space. Full set of pots/pans, bakeware, silverware, dishes, and wine glasses available for that special occasion.

The backyard is 900 square feet, and fully fenced in. Perfect for family get togethers and BBQ's. There is also a 120sq foot fenced dog run, so your pets can have an space all to themselves.

We also have 7 bicycles onsite for recreation, picnic baskets, as well as supplies and waders for those who wish to do a little exploring or clamming on the beach.

For those with babies or toddlers, we have a highchair, booster chair, playpen, and movable room fencing available on site.

There is a separate utility room dedicated with a large capacity washer and dryer. We supply towels and bathroom soaps and shampoos for your use during your stay.

  • You can go to the beach by walking down Birch Bay Drive, Exit the house in the back, and follow the side path to Birch Bay Drive, The main park entrance is only about 100 yards east down the street, Birch Bay Park is a public beach, We also are one of the few houses that has been deeded access to the private beach area that lies adjacent to the park, Feel free to use this if the park is crowded, This area of the beach is more sandy and is a prime swimming spot for smaller children at low tide, Birch Bay State Park is a relaxing destination, The park itself encloses of of the few Great Blue Heron breeding grounds in the state, and is also home to beaver, river otter, bald eagles, and deer, During low tide, clamming, crabbing, and kayaking can be done at the beach, A variety of golf courses abound around the area, The Birch Bay Waterslides provide a memorable experience for the children, Jogging and Bike trails provide inspiration for the exercise enthusiast
