This is a custom built home to enjoy with your whole family. Ideal for reunions, wedding receptions, wedding parties, retreats or just a large get together. This home has a large open living area with a wet bar and an indoor hot tub. The outdoor living space is perfect for additional eating and entertaining with an outdoor fireplace right out the back door.
The master bedroom has its own fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Perfect for the honeymooners. This home is in the heart of all the action surrounding Pagosa Springs. Walking distance to the rec center and some great places to eat. Pictures tell it all, this is a beautiful home with a great view. We can also set up catering for large parties.

My wife and I and 3 other couples just stayed here riding motorcycles,home was great,owner very accommodating and easy to deal with.Layout of home is excellent,everyone had plenty of privacy.Garage was nice to have for 4 large street bikes.Walking distance to several restaurant/pubs.Would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed a week in this lovely home, equipted with everything! Morning coffee on the front patio overlooking the mountains & evening glass of wine by the fireplace on the back patio gazing at the stars. Visit the Springs Resort & Spa for a massage, ask for Nancy & soak in the hot springs the remainder of the day. Thank you Ann for the beautiful accomadations and a memorable trip to lovely Pagosa Springs. Trotter family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family rented this awesome home for a few days in March. We all loved staying there, we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend it, and hope to rent it again next time we visit Pagosa.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We love Colorado and Pagosa is the best. We take care of the home personally so that everything is just the way we like it when we go on vacation. The kitchen is great for cooking and we enjoy sharing the home with family and the many friends we have made through vrbo. Many of my guests are repeat year after year and if this house is too big you can check out my other listing 77681 for smaller groups or just 1 couple. Pagosa Springs has incredible scenery. My family and I have lived in Colorado since 1968 and find the State to have everything we love. My husband and his close friends graduated not far from Pagosa and they also share in ownership. We love the peaceful setting along with the great friends we have gained when people vacation here.

The house has everything to make you feel like you are on vacation. The outdoor space in the summer time and the great kitchen for making great meals. The rooms are large and open and great for family and friends to gather. Lots of outdoor area for playingin the yard or just hanging out. The views are great and we are close to shopping.
