This peaceful home is located Gulf side, in the private resort community of Sunset Beach. The beautiful gated resort is on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A. Stroll down a bricked walkway, lined with Palm trees, to the heated pool that sits high on the dunes, above the gorgeous, white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
This home has a spa like feeling. Beautifully furnished, fresh and not over decorated. Travertine stone and oak hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops, stainless-steel appliances, washer and dryer with televisions in all rooms. It also has a two car garage, very unusual beach side! No getting into a hot car. There is a private gated courtyard with a hot and cold outdoor shower.
The ground floor has a room with two double beds and a private bath. Upstairs there is the kitchen with bar that seats 8 and a living area with a queen size sofa bed and double French doors, that open to a deck with a view of the resort and Gulf. The master has a king size bed and a private bath. With 2 bicycle rental shops nearby, you can ride to the restaurants and shops next door. This is a perfect home to visit the Emerald Coast, no matter what the seson!
If you want to travel by vehicle, the Seaside and Water Color communities are only minutes to the west. By car, the Panama City Beach and Destin areas are within 30 minutes.
For golfers, you are less than 5 miles from a 36 hole Tom Fazio designed course, Camp Creek.
For tennis players, you can bike to the Rosemary Beach Tennis Center in just minutes. The facility features 8 clay courts, including 6 with lights. The pros feature a number of clinics and private lessons for all levels. There are other tennis facilities within a short drive at Seaside and Water Color, all of which feature daily tennis clinics with tennis pros. Within an hour, you can take a private lesson on the grass courts of Sandestin.
We have visited the Beaches of South Walton for a number of years, and fell in love with Sunset Beach immediately. We know you will enjoy one of the most beautiful communities along the Gulf.
